Hebal laughed nodding her head with approval seeing Zadina removing his cloak "Yeahuh that looks much better but if you think the chimera was such a bad thing, the class above mine got an iron giant to look after who always sat at the back of their classes. But my school was all evil and mean unlike your super impressive mage school with its lovely stuff" she explained clapping her hands quietly to the music playing in the background.

Zadina smiled happy to recieve the compliments "Thank you Mr Hayate and Miss Hebal though you always look awesome in your red mage gear still your school has some...unusual pets" he said wondering what was inside an iron giant as he finished his milkshake.

Mari pushed herself off Alanu's blade so she landed on the ground before unleashing a critically powerful slice tinged with dark force that arced above her smashing the sword out of Alanu's hands again "I hope so but you are really good you should have entered the tournament" she said picking up a potion on the bed and drinking it "It would be wonderful to win, a challenge to Gilgamesh would be awesome" she said sitting down so Alanu could retrieve her sword.

Meanwhile Itaka was stepping into the Arena flexing and stretching. His large blunt tournament blade in hand. Glancing up at the crowd he tried and failed to spot Seph in the crowd before sighing and turning back to see his opponent. The familiar red-armoured knight named Arian stood opposite him grinning and twiddling his mustache. "Well Sir Itaka....we meet again I trust the tournament has suited you well" Arian said drawing his sheathed sword.
Itaka grunted "Of course, I have no idea how a weakling like you made it through here though, looks like I'm going your interested in another beating" he said readying his blade.
Arian chuckled "Aha but we are yet to see who the victor is knave!" he said reading his blade and igniting it with the flametongue technique "I shall vanquish such a villainous rogue as yourself!" he said as the Gria Judge began the fight.

Alanu sighed and shook her head as she went off to retrieve her sword "Nah I'm not that good for as you can see I have already lost my blade twich. I use guns anyway" she shrugged picking the blade up and placing it on the table. Even if you didn't win it wouldn't be such a bad loss if Gil were to beat you and not really a loss at all if he were to acknowledge you as a decent challenge. Now that would boost your status as a fighter"

Hayate smiled somewhat flattered by Hebal's comment "I'm not that smart really you know, not one for acadmeics. Its just I have a lot of exoerience and know more practical things" he shrugged sipping on his milkshake "Sure we werent exactly nice to cactuars anyway and red mage outfits really arent as great as you think Zadina, it gets very hot and stuffy"

Yusti yawned leaning against the arena wall to watch the fight hoping that Itaka could finish the fight reasonably quickly so she could take a short break.

Hebal shuddered a little and shook her head "Oh for sure they look cute to watch but they can be really pesky plus I've been hit by their really long needle sprays they do on people and it really really hurts... I can do that too" she boasted swinging on her chair "Yeah Felina although lacking in life experience is actually really clever too"

Mari frowned unable to find it "Where did you get your training with your weapons and yes I think Gil is alright though me and him haven't really bonded much in the group" she said.

Zadina nodded "I still think you've done a really good job but please don't use the horrible needle attack, I heard some Cactuars were really friendly and completely huggable if trained properly" he said

Itaka thrusted towards Arian who moved his face out the way of the blunt sword and raised his sword upwards scoring a grating hit across Itaka's chest. Itaka groaned and flicked his wrist rapidly slamming the hilt of the blade into Arian's face sending him reeling back. Itaka gritted his teeth poking the scrape on his chest tentatively while Arian jeered "Aha the knave is wounded, come to me and I'll make it all stop" he said assuming a battle position. Itaka grunted rushing towards Arian again Need to score more points, a hilt blow to the face isn't enough to match this mark on my chest he said unleashing a flurry of blows against Arian who parried wildly.

Alanu bent down looking under the bed in search of the programme "Makes sense I guess, in such a large group its only natural you form a few smaller subgroups of friends but your Satoshi's close friend so thats a good opportunity to get to know him more too" she answered pulling the programme from its hiding place "I learned the gun from the parents and then expanded on that plus learned some more weapon stuff when in the judge academy"

Hayate nodded glancing up at the screens "She was a handful its true but fortunately I wasn't the one who always had to go Felina hunting. And your right, although it took a lot of effort there were several members of my family who found great pleasure in training cactuars into fluffy things... that is until they wannted them to attack people they didn't like" he quietly added.

Hebal frowned a little unimpressed by Zadina's suggestion "That would take so much work and while Sophia's learning it could be really dangerous, like she might accidentally attack one of us thinking we were being bad during the middle of a training lesson" she mumbled slurping up the last of milkshake number two "The cactuar wouldn't be so bad for a pet I bet too, their needle stuff is useful against not very nice people to scare them off. That said we are running out of room we are so huge" she giggiled waving her arms around in the air randomly.

Mari chuckled "Sure but I think you'd rather have won the staff sports day, but Gil gets hassled quite a few places he goes as a result, why right now I imagine the airship be filling up with fanmail for him...." she said taking a moment to feel pity for Alpha.

Zadina frowned "I'm sure Miss Mari would train her nicely but I think it's funny how the little cactuars dance" he said posing as a cactuar and imitating them "All hoppy and stuff it looks really fun to dance to" he said happily.

Arian groaned holding face face where a small cut had opened up from the blow "Urrgh you cretin! You've wounded me!" he cried much to Itaka's amusement "Well no more.....I shall bring an end to this duel!" he said clenching his fist as the jewel in his armour began to glow sending energy along conduits in the rest of his armour healing his cut while the now glowing Arian grinned as his sword blazed into life again. Arian sped toward Itaka in a large semi circular arc coming around on Itaka's right hand side. Itaka raised his sword to strike only to have the ground swept out from underneath him by Arian's foot. Arian raised his sword arcing above his head catching Itaka and sending him flying through the air with a large slice.
