Ryou fell silent, just looking at Kira. It wasn't about anything she said; he just missed Kira so much, he couldn't believe he was actually talking to her. He smiled, his whole face lighting up. "I really missed you, Kira."

"So you're in... hell..." Ryou said, looking around. Khalid had told him, of course, but he just couldn't believe it. In his eyes, he didn't see what Kira could have possibly done to deserve this. "Don't you have a demon?"

Ryou nodded slightly, looking deep in thought. "Khalid says he's trying to resurrect you. Back to the real world. Is he telling the truth?" He suspected that Khalid would have talked to Kira about it, and just wanted to make sure. Khalid, who was still in the room, rolled his eyes, sighing heavily.

"I'm telling the truth. You can trust me." Khalid said, sounding a bit bitter. "I've done evil things in the past, I know, but that doesn't mean I can't be trusted." "Actually, it does." Ryou said, turning slightly to look at the violet-haired man. "It means we can trust you even less. What did you expect?" Khalid bristled slightly, looking as though he was about to get mad, and then held his hands up as though to call for silence. "No. We are not going to start arguing here, Ryou. We can finish this at home." Khalid was already sounding like he had been married for a while. "Just finish up with Kira here. We still have to get back soon. Don't forget about Kai."

Ryou hesitated slightly, hugging Kira back. "I don't want to go." He said stubbornly, glaring slightly at Khalid, who sighed.
"I didn't mean right now. You and Kira can have your time. But you can't stay here for long. It's bad for your soul." Khalid leaned against the wall, examining he back of his hand.

"I told you how sorry I am, right?" Ryou asked softly, hugging Kira tightly. He had been completely ridden with guilt since her death. If it wasn't for Kai, and probably Khalid, he would have done himself off a while ago.

"How can I not? I was the one who wanted Bakura back. I was selfish. Look at what happened." Ryou didn't want to argue about this. Bakura certainly hadn't let him forget this fact. Bakura hadn't actually come out very often, but he did constantly talk to Ryou. "I hope you don't mind, though, but we buried you in the back yard..."
