My main complaint was that the previous kages were never on, but here I am running off to other villages and answering summons with no time to train my squads or myself. Why are you off to other villages? Other Kages want to talk to me. I finally get back from the exams and pick up the mantle, and I have three people in there (now lost to inactivity) a messenger and a whole bunch of disorganized mess, and now a traitor in sound that i can't do anything about sad Ya, inactivity is a b***h >.> lol and you have a traitor? xD Well, the Brotherhood. They're running around using Sounds name in their actions, and now Axel is spying on Sound and gathering info. Makoto knows about them, and will be dealing with them when she gets the chance, but right now I can use the spy to teach, so I'm doing that. Haven't heard of the brotherhood, but ya, as long as the spy is useful to you then it's all good xD

If i pointed at some genin and said, "SHINRI IS IN CHARGE HAVE FUN LOL" and ran out the door, people shouldn't come in and start talking to Makoto. People came in and were like,"No kage? L8ter biatch." Point is - system was working, people weren't responding to the NPC telling them that they needed to go to the academy before applying for missions.

It's a common courtesy to read at least the previous page of a thread to know the surroundings, and the general going-ons of the thread. If there is a dead body in there, you can't ignore that s**t, if there is a girl masturbating behind you, why would you ignore that s**t?
