Mr.KenKennedy Well if you're such an expert. Explain Cricket to me. Cricket is a team sport between two clubs of equal numbers, usually having 11 chaps. (Not the assless kind.) A player, the striker, wields a bat to try to hit the ball sent to him by a member of the other team on the other side of the pitch. They are located near opposite wickets, small wooden stumps located on opposite ends of the pitch. The non-striker stands near the opposite wicket, inactive. Generally, the batsman attempts to strike the ball with the bat, and run to the other end, exchanging places with his partner, scoring a run, usually culminating in a slapping of hands. However, he may attempt to run without striking the ball. As the batting team scores as many runs as it can, the bowling team returns the ball back to either wicket. If the ball strikes a wicket before the batsman nearer to that wicket has reached safety then the batsman is dismissed. The batsman is also out if he fails to stop the bowled ball from hitting the wicket, or if a fielder catches the ball before it touches the ground. Once the batsmen are not attempting to score any more runs, the ball is dead and is bowled again. Once dismissed, a batsman is replaced by the next batsman in the team. As there must always be two batsmen on the field, the team's innings ends when ten batsmen are out, and the teams exchange roles. The number of innings, and possible restrictions on the number of balls in each, depend on the type of game played. At the end of the match - of which there are numerous definitions - the team that has scored more runs wins.

I just don't want to demand it, because then I don't want him to feel like an employee. He's a member of the guild who I respect, and would like for everyone to have that type of relationship at the minimum here))
