Sometimes, when I'm sitting in my bedroom...
All ALONE... in the DARK...
I sometimes look up at the stars and wish I was them.
All ALONE... but in plain SIGHT...
But then I think of something...

Then she quite literally exploded.
"WHAT THE ******** IS THAT CHILD'S PROBLEM?!"
Angrily, she turned on the car, continuing to vent.
"STARTING A ******** SCENE-"
She accidentally put the car in drive, making the front bumper hit the car in front of them.
"IN THE MIDDLE OF ******** DAYLIGHT-"
Jerking the car into reverse, she slammed onto the gas pedal and backed out, roughly banging the rear bumper against another car.
"AND SAYING SHE WORKS FOR THE GOVERNMENT!"
Crushing the gas pedal against the floor, she made the tires squeal and rubber burn for a single instant before the car leaped forward, skidding along the cement.
"AND THEY
BOUGHT IT! WHAT KIND OF FRIGGIN BULLSHIT IS THAT?!"
She yanked the steering wheel to the right as she exited the garage, literally drifting onto the street as the engine roared. Thankfully, it wasn't rush-hour time.
"AND ON ******** TOP OF ALL THAT-!"
She slammed the horn as another car cut her off, and she drove around it, powering forward.
"SHE ******** MADE ME LOSE MY APPETITE! AND I FREAKIN LOVE THAT PIZZA! GAH!"
At a stoplight, she sighed and slumped her forehead against the steering wheel.
"Tony." She gazed at the horn blankly. "Your girlfriend's an idiot."

It's really strange, I think...
When they're up there...
They're all ALONE. In the DARK. But everyone can SEE them...
It's strange when I look up at them...
Because they kinda remind me of YOU.
