"Wonderful." Khalid said in a deadpan voice. "I should probably be going back to the real world now... Oh, yeah, before I forget; Ember is pregnant, but she only just found out. Ember, Atem, Yugi, and Kawi have all moved out to their own apartments. Kai is doing fine. Do you have any kind of message you want me to pass along to anybody?"

Khalid hesitated, then shook his head slowly. "I thought it would be best not to tell him unless I knew for certain that I could bring you back. Didn't want to disappoint him. He's doing terribly without you." He shrugged, not really looking at Kira.

Khalid slowly faded from sight as he returned to his own body, only to have someone shaking him violently. "What the ********> He snapped, opening his eyes and pushing away the person. Ryou had been the one shaking Khalid. After noticing his disappearance for a while, he had seen Khalid outside and gone over to see what he was up to. Khalid hadn't responded to anything, and Ryou had grown worried. "Finally! What were you doing? You scared me! I thought you were in a coma or something!"

Kai was sitting beside khalid poking him. He giggled when khalid swore.

Khalid rolled his eyes. Ryou could be so annoying. "I found Kira." He stated, grabbing onto Ryou's wrist. The boy froze, his eyes widening slightly. "I was in hell. So sorry if I didn't wake up for you. She wanted to tell you that she loved you." Ryou felt like the entire world had suddenly slowed down. He stared at Khalid, wide eyed, hardly feeling the grip on his wrist. "Y-you..." He stuttered, but was unable to say much more than that. He was just too stunned. "I will be bringing Kira back to life soon." Khalid continued, letting go of Ryou's wrist and running a hand through his white hair. "A demon, Luci, is coming with her, but I think it's a good enough price to pay to have her back. Don't you?"

Khalid smiled at Kai as Ryou sat down on the ground, his mouth hanging open slightly. "Yes, kiddo. Your mama is coming back. Do you want to see her?"
