Kazuhiko laughed outright at him. "I'm more outcast than you remember." he reminded. "I'm neither for this planet nor Tarnbsei, Earth realms or these realms. I'm not human, not Fae, not Tarnbjin. The only friend I have had is Bright Eyes, which honestly surprised me..." his voice dropped to a whisper. "You try to tell me you don't feel alone... What shapes you stays with you forever. Go ahead and deny it. I don't care. You said we were alike yourself, so if you want to be defensive and deny it, go ahead."
He hopped off the Korred's shoulders, turning away from him and playing in the corner.
Who knew with what, but if Fir wanted to cut him off, he could likewise do the same.

But with his father, he sighed. "That's actually good." he whispered to the priest. "Kiaran scared me sometimes... Is Nemetona Fir's mum???"

"That's true, Fir's a bit easy." Eara murmured to herself. Meeting Nemetona? That would be interesting.... "Just... I don't see why, the timing seems off if you ask me. Are you sure about that??" she blinked at the girl.

Kaguyo nodded solemnly, Yuki still rushing around the lab at a million miles a minute.
"At least he has plenty of people to take care of him." she whispered, watching the scientist. She had a distant look in her eyes, thoughtful.
Like she had told Aled, she couldn't help but fear every day would be the day something like that happened to Ainsu....
Except he wouldn't be so lucky.
She moved to his side, arm snaking around his waist, her head resting against his chest. "I'll hope he'll be alright..."

Kazuhiko sighed. "It might be more likely than you think." he answered quietly. "You don't know the future anymore than I do, but I get flashes. No one really knows me on Tarnbsei yet." he shook his head. "But you're loved too, so..."
He just stared at him for a long time, not really speaking.
"I think we're more alike than I tell you, even if our circumstances are different. My parents are going to become dust." he shook his head. "I don't know what to do Fir. It's going to be my fault they die, and I've already killed a few people. How can anyone forgive me after that? How can I forget that it's my fault?"
He was already anticipating the future, but the boy had a point.
"Even if they don't die this time, the demon has Mum." he shook his head. "He started to eat her I think. Part of her is stuck with him again... I can't rip her soul from him without killing him. I don't know if I can get close enough to even do that... And what if she dies again??"
THAT freaked him out the most. "Say I save her, she's still stuck! If, if she dies again, I REALLY won't be able to bring her back, and THEN what??"
Fir was really the only one he could have a panic attack to.
It took a lot of testing, but Fir was perhaps the most level-headed and understanding of the group at the moment. He was in a situation where his anxiety and Kazuhiko's anxiety mirrored eachother.
"What do I do??" he sighed deeply. "You're the only one that understands Oniisan..."

Eara smiled a bit. "Wendy?" she raised an eyebrow. "I suppose I do have two brothers... but they're older... and I have a sister..." she thought it over.
Then again, Wendy played maternal figure to the Lost Boys. Eara was more or less falling into the same role; they were all kids, really. She was nice to everyone from either division, it didn't matter to her.
"I suppose you have a point." she blushed, ruffling the girl's hair. "Shhhhhhh."
She winked at her once, but kept close to her and Kazuhiko.
She wouldn't let anything happen to them, that was for sure.

"Is that the only reason you would want to learn things?" Maeve asked. "To fight?"

Fir sighed and started on another cig. "You want me to tell you some magic cure to make all the hurt go away? Or better yet, to make everything picture perfect? There isn't one kid, sorry. You learn how to deal. And that's all you really can do."

The priest retrieved a wooden chest for Kauzhiko.

"In here is everything the next Fianna will need," he told the boy. "As the future hunter, is it is only fitting that this task falls to you. The Fianna are now dead, as our the LeShee, but the spirits above find ways to balance the fall of two of the tribes. Already there is a korred girl who has the abilities of a LeShee. It is likely that the same thing will soon be happening, if not already occurred. If this person is to be found, they can fufill the duties belonging to Kiaran"

Konton beckoned Morrigan to come forward and look into the mists. "See for yourself... If you recall that water you drank... the very same is within your blood." he smirked, watching her reaction. "That explosion nearly killed their little scientist friend... and that was only a few cells, Mor-chan."

Ainsu turned, hearing Hapushi's voice from the doorway.

Aled nodded, "Then wake, Shiori. When you wake, I'll be standing there, ready to let you out of the pod as quickly as possible."

"That's really the only thing I CAN do." Itachi replied. "I'm an assassin, Maeve-san. Taking orders and killing my enemies are the only traits I possess."

"Sono..." Yuki answered briefly, adjusting a few dials.
She didn't even notice Aled waking up, but she did notice Shiori.
The woman was awake; she was panicking at first, not sure where she was.
Submerged underwater, she thought of the ocean; but there was no tide here, and the lights were too harsh.
She surfaced, ripping the mask off and holding onto the side of the tank.
What the hell...???
"Y..Yuki-chan??"
"Aled-sama's taking care of you, Watari-san's hurt." Yuki answered her softly. "Gomen Shi-chan, he's barely stable right now..."
When Shiori glanced down and over, she didn't smile or say anything.
She wasn't kidding.
"What.....what happened...?"

This only set Kazuhiko off.
"They're not everyone, this isn't everything! Quit being vague! I don't WANT to give up... Baka! Baka baka baka baka baka!" he shouted, before walking away to the bars.
He crossed his arms and scowled, refusing to look at him at all.
He was trying his hardest not to cry, but his emotions were so tumultuous anymore...

Morrigan couldn't have been paler than she already was, but she didn't seem to have much reaction.
She was already in a terrible place to begin with, she had more or less made peace with the poor likelihood of escaping this time.
But Kazuhiko would be orphaned...
"So what are you going to do Konton?" she asked bluntly. "Why are you showing me this? You already said what was in my blood. Why do I need to see this?"

Kazuhiko nodded at Glendon, giving him a hug. "One day things will be better." he promised, but he wasn't sure if even he believed it right now.
Eara caught on to this, pulling the boy over and just hugging him for a long time.
He didn't resist. He needed a hug to say the least, with his parents always in trouble...
"Things will be better." she agreed with him. "You gotta work hard, but I'll always be around to make sure you're alright, ok kiddo???"
He bit his lip and nodded uncertainly.
"Are you gonna show us to the Tree then Glendon?" he asked suddenly, instead of answering Eara.
It was better that way.

"Or friends, I bet," Maeve said. "Sounds lonely to me."

"What the hell do you want me to say?" Fir demanded. "Damn I know less than you. I don't know, okay? You happy? I don't know. You wanna know how I mange? I guess. I don't plan anything out because plans don't work. I'm still trying to understand half the s**t your family's invloved in. You are so asking the wrong person for advice."

Glendon nodded and led them back out, motioning to the guards outside the cell area that they could bring Fir out.
