I like them, but I guess people weren't expecting them, and some of them are (get this) having trouble matching them. Um, hello? It's a guitar. You don't match your guitar, unless you're performing. The mech thing is mostly black and white, and the flower... Well, it's mostly orange. I don't see the trouble at all. xP I know! I love the items. I want like 5 more Mech pieces so I can do a full suit. ninja
Oh well. You can't please everyone. I guess I wouldn't hate a full suit. What gets me is that the prices are now set. People will use the items, and a lot of people will start to realize their potential, but now the prices are set on what they'll be for at least a few months, probably less. Oh well, you're right. Try to please everyone and you please no one. v.v;

Pixe: It's been 20k for months. Why? Because people Hoard them, thinking it is gonna be worth something. The fact that probably no one is gonna hoard, these items May be or may not be be worth more in the Future.
The more you hoard the longer it takes to rise.

-hugs back- what beautiful music you make! <33 @ Erik :: yeah, you're probably right. i don't mind that people dislike them, it's that they're just trashing them, you know? the artists obviously worked really hard on them, and to have people say things like 'worst items ever' and 'these suck!" is probably really disheartening for them.

They just don't understand.
Gaia did not have to release these items. Even the people who donated cannot complain when they do not like the items. These are not purchases! You donate to Gaia because you love Gaia, not because you want to have an advantage over other users.

You're so right.
And now that they don't open at the end of the month anymore, like they used to, it's not like people can't wait to see what they are before buying. It's really ridiculous the way people are over these things. Yes, some of us are spending hard-earned money to get them, but no one makes us do it.

I kinda wish they did open on the 25th. Like if they did they're would be less items around, which would mean inflation. Not like mondo 709809k inflation but it would actually rise once in a while.

Yeah.. That's why I voted against it when they asked in that poll a while back.
Opening them this early has done things to the economy that they may never be able to repair, even if they go back to opening them late again. I never minded the wait, and you can't even chalk that up to the impatience of youth, since a lot of the users didn't mind either, and they weren't old fogeys like me ^_^
