Well, you should file a report anyway, and let them know what happened. Try to get it back through the email thing ASAP, and then change it back if you can.

But you should file a report, just to get things going, you know? I mean, it might take them a while, but you should start somewhere. And if you know it was his shop, you should make sure to add that that's where you were. He can't hide his shop log from everyone. :3

EDIT :: besides, the PM that came from admin about your purchase should be in your inbox. I guess you already know where to report it? o:
