Oy, Dante. Go to the 9th when you're done getting chewed out or rewarded or whatever by Yuki and wake up Tada. I need an excuse to get him moving again.
Also, as a suggestion you might want to include the hot springs as a place, or perhaps the Squad 4 Relaxation Room (as seen in Bleach: Dark Souls). You know, a general relax and get-together area for high-ranking officers, thus giving an excuse for interaction rather than conveniently happening upon a character.

I hate the following:
1) Naruto Twilight. Its not an anime, but my hate levels max out just thinking about it O_o
2) Naruto.
3) One Piece. Yes, I went there.
4) DBZ.
5) DBGT.
6) Sailor Moon.
7) People who use the word rubbish instead of garbage. (Stolen from Family Guy XD)

What's there to understand? Hei's the result of two years of careful thinking and tweaking. I planned out every aspect of his abilities to the finest detail, leaving nothing unchecked and I RP well enough that I can cover for his weaknesses without the lot of you figuring them out. I mean, not to be rude but everything about him makes perfect sense. On the other hand, Kato randomly gained wings which was a wtf moment for me, but at the same time I didn't really care because wings are just a hindrance on the battlefield as demonstrated by what Zenos nearly did to Eriko's wings. xd
@Dai: Every thing on that list except for Twilight is awesome. So you fail hard! scream

I do not believe a member can leave a Division if they were never active to begin with. It's kinda saddening when you think about since she did look promising, but suddenly vanished.
Edit: Oh Eke, you should know better than to joke about Hei.
