What kills me is that he's attacking the wrong dude for this. Microsoft only handled publishing for the Xbox version. The game itself was made by Modding Half Life...

Good Point but if I were him I would watch what I say. There are tons of judges that want him disbarred. Some couldn't even handle his cases because they hate him so much.

He should realize that he basically can't win by now. If not for the argument that it violates first amendment rights. It should be the idea that his argument is just plain non-existent. Basically this dude hates all things that don't involve the bible.
