In any romantic encounter with another person's RPCs, a ninja with this technique learned as well as their partner can count half of the other one's words for learning jutsu.
Gotta know the technique and it's Aphrodite-exclusive.
The leaning of one non-restricted technique is from Close Bonds of Love.
[Clan] Close Bonds of Love (1200 skill points; must have 15,000 chakra points)
The ninja's bonds take a month to dwindle. Additionally, they learn one non-clan technique from anyone who they bond with, and teach one in return, at double the normal word-learning rate. Only one technique can be learned per sexual encounter, to a total of three per person.
