Boobs make the world go round. And I'm off to my BFF's 18th birthday party now. We're gonna hang out by a lake in the daytime, and crash at her place for the night. I doubt there's gonna be much/any sleeping, and I might bring my laptop. Lots of us are game nerds mrgreen Inama nushif, al asir hiy ayish Lia-anni. Zaratha zarati. Kali bakka a tishuf ahatt Al hudad alman dali

They are excellent for mind control too, I've heard. At least that's what everybody with 'em says.

Serethiel Maerukai Wellp, I'm off to bed. I ran four miles today (after a lapse of like three months) and for some reason I'm not tired. Must be a runner's high. Anyway, I start my job at the marvelous corporate fiend Gamestop tomorrow. Don't be deceived. It's a minimum wage retail job, just like everything else. Nerd paradise it is not. I'm also the only female working at any of the locations in the city, so in all probability, I'll probably be harassed and hit on a lot -.-;. YAY FOR BOOBS.
But, jobs are jobs, don't listen to me, I hate everything. mad I used to work for GameStop...the hours kinda sucked but otherwise it wasn't too bad.

If you want my advice, don't apply unless it's a last resort. Gamestop and EB are the same company and very rarely hire new employees, as there are often legions of sweaty nerds fueling a never ending stack of applications that they stuff in a drawer somewhere and ignore. They usually only do if you are a frequent and they know you pretty well. Unless you have tons of experience in retail or management, they WILL start you out at minimum wage, period, and you only get a small raise once or twice a year, if any.
They go on a corporate witch hunt every year with the ESRB. If anyone's doing too poorly, or even too well, they'll find and excuse to fire you so they don't have to pay as much.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, look for another job before you apply at gamestop. It's money, yeah, but there are other, faster ways of making it, and better companies to work for. It's not all fun and games. It's a job, just like any other, and you have to deal with shitty customers, whiny kids, bitchy moms, and angry buyers just like you would at Wal-Mart or McDonald's, all the while ramming deals, subscriptions, gift cards, and add-ons down their throat that they usually don't want.

Buy a website domain and run *ahem* certain profitable activities off it, I do and no I won't give the web address for fear of social Crucifixion. However for a short term job, I suggest baby sitting, yes you have to avoid killing the children, but the pay is usually under the table. I also double working in a coffee shop for $10/ hour with some indie friends, relatively fun with little work...
(also not giving the address to the shop for fear of unexpected guests)...

Experimental drug testing is awesome. Nice pay. Awesome side effects. Free drugs. What's not to love? Other than perhaps the purple poo and the onion smell that radiates from your sweat glands every once in a while.
