Thank y'all for the support and well wishes. Though it hurts to smile, it makes me very happy.
The good news is that everything of the tumor is gone. The tests are still being run as to exactly which cancer it was (the cells were too similar to two different kind of cancers), but at first glance it was thought that it was the lesser kind. It won't and shouldn't have spread to any other kind of tissues. The hole itself was bigger than anticipated, but not altogether large. A little bigger than a dime.
Some have seen these through Facebook, and I'll only show the pictures that won't make some potentially want to spoon out their eyes. But, for those curious, I'll link to the graphic images.
The initial biopsy. You can't really tell how big it is from the pinkness, but it was stark white before. A little smaller than a pencil eraser, one lonely stitch.
After the first round of removal; already puffy and swollen. And oozing, eww. Taken with my phone while waiting for the results. They had to remove more.

[Graphic Content] That was after the second round of Mohs. All was removed, flesh cauterized.
Big ol' pressure dressing for the wound until plastic surgery the next day. I put the medical tape on there because it was starting to come loose near my lower eyelid. And thank god for a wee bit of makeup. D:

Scar and final product. Dr. Behar's A-OK. Life is good.

Yay health? (Thank you) But cheer for Meer - yay parties! Hah.
I just put the raw tissue/hole-in-face pictures behind links because I know that not everyone is okay with seeing potential nasties. I personally found it fascinating (the doctor thought it was funny that I wanted pictures).
All is good, yup. I go back home to Nashville Monday evening and Tuesday morning I see the plastic again to have the stuff checked out and cleared. I'll take a picture of the new scar. ;D

Got some new pics, and for once they're not webcam pictures of me in my room. Me at the lake with friends.  My ex came into town for the week:  Fake smile time!  A few of my friends, eating tex mex.  You cant see it, be we're watching a bon fire as we usually do on weekends  I will eat you're soul!
