I come bearing a message. It was very long and complicated, riddled with words of some arcane language, but this was what I was able to decipher from it:
Nils is on hiatus from FEF. Therefore, she is not going to be handling the character requests until her return.

look at This Thread to see what characters are free and what are taken. Characters can only be taken by one user and Nergal and Heath are already taken. So you will have to go and see what characters that are free and pick from there
