Ruby grinned, and leaned on her tip toes to give him another kiss...and distract him from the hand that swiped the bus keys out of his pocket. "I promise I won't kill anythin' an' you can choose the music...though it ain't like I've ever been able to persuade the music choice away from you."

Arch the Angel "Whaht'hd aih tehl yeh?" Arch wrapped his arms around her, picking her up, staring into her eyes. "Ah wahnt yeh neah meh 'fehrehveh, dahlihn." He set her down, quickly kissing her. "Saihdes, theh buhs' ohne ohf theh saifehst plahcehs ahwn eahrth, battle ohr noh." The Seer and AC both began to move towards the gathering, one led, one leading. /Merlin. I have need of you/ The Seer called to him. Merlin's head perked, and he started walking towards the Seer. "Why do you have this woman?" He asked simply./She's a threat, and Phoenix now knows we're coming. She is the one who informed them. I cut off her communications before she could speak, but they still know/ Merlin nodded his head, and relayed the information to Arch and Jehric, who responded to it however, doesn't matter, it'll be covered in the battle. "Well, we need to do something with her. I'm assuming you don't want to kill her, since you haven't already?" Merlin sighed at the Seer's nod. "Well, then I can keep her with me during the battle. I'll just turn her into something if she finds a way to bother me." Jerich paused, turning to the Seer and Merlin. "Are you two coming to nPheonix?

Ruby took the bus keys, but turned away from the bus, she had one more thing to do before she left. She called for Aaron, and found him leaning against the wall of the base, one hand playing with a lighter which he had swiped from the pocket of one of the guards.
Ruby walked over to him and confiscated the lighter. "You know the rules. No fire, not after what all you did with those fire-works on the play ground. Kids were hurt, sug, it wasn't funny."
Aaron let out a sigh, and mumbled under his breath..."told 'em to duck for cover, not my fault they didn't listen." But he relinquished the lighter, thinking if he gave up the apparent evil item, Ruby wouldn't search his pockets and find the greater evils.
The lighter was quickly tucked into her own pocket, and then Ruby leaned down to give Aaron a hug, which had him squirming a bit, but only encouraged her to hug tighter. "We're goin' off to war sug, an' your Daddy an' I will be safe, but we want you to be safe too. Promise me you'll do as Merlin says, an won't get into trouble."
Aaron groaned inside, but he nodded, and kissed Ruby's cheek as a sign that he would indeed behave, and because of a small fear that she wasn't going to be as safe as she said she was going to be.
"I'll be home soon enough, sug, no worries." She hugged him once again and then turned back to the bus, sending Aaron a wave.

((Gah! I've been too busy. >.< I'll just make a pick up post and integrate from there. >.<))
After a few days in the Hospital Wing, Hattie was back to banging away on her truck. And Eric. She'd lost her craving for Cookies and Cream and was currwntly smacking her lips to her newest craving, Lime Popsicles. But only the ones in the plastic square wrap. Not the ones in regular paper. She had heard rumors of an attack, but she hadn't really inquired further. If they needed her, she'd be there.

Tsukiyomi Morningstar ((Gah! I've been too busy. >.< I'll just make a pick up post and integrate from there. >.<))

Hattie turned her head to see Eric and she smiled. "That's what all the noise is about around here?" She chuckled. "Let's rock N' roll then."

The Seer paused for a moment, then smiled, turning to AC. /You are free, under the condition that you leave here, and, if it is where you head, that you get to Phoenix before we do. I will know if you do not leave, and if you do not immediately, then you will be killed/
Merlin gave the Seer an odd glance, but turned to Jehric. "No, I will be staying to hold down the fort. I am giving Arch a slight aid, given recent events, but that will be covered later. As for now, I am heading to my study, so I might work on a way to stop the other force that opposes us. Might will work on the AOH, but we might need more for Ora's party."
"Couhrse, dahlihn." Arch smiled, enjoying having his pocket rummaged around in.

"Sug, don't forget to say goodbye to Aaron." Ruby said as she brushed past Arch, moving towards the bus. She paused, glancing at him over her shoulder. "Just in case..." She gave him a smile and continued walking to the bus, before she let any more fears cross her mind.

Aaron saluted him back, and smiled, no doubt in his mind that his Dad would decimate the robot-folks. "Bring me back somethin' cool!" He yelled after Arch. He straightened his ruffled curls and glanced around for Merlin. As he caught sight of the old man he took off in another direction, plans of chaos in hand.

Aaron stopped in his tracks, letting out a mumbled curse, one that would have received a strong scolding from Ruby. "Yessir," he turned back towards Merlin, but kept different plans running through his mind to escape and continue his chaos for later. He smiled to himself, remembering the flask he had found after rummaging through Arch's and Ruby's room, and had hidden in the special vent in the garage. There was nothing quite like the special brew.

A.C. stood there a moment, an odd expression on her face. Odd mostly for her, because it was one of... uncertainty. She hadn't expected to be let free, or at least not so soon, and despite countless admonitions from her trainers to prepare for anything... she had nothing. She didn't know what to do. So she just stood there. For a long, long moment.
Eventually, her brain went on autopilot and she just trailed after the boy Aaron. Whether to spy or to protect him from himself--he had a reputation for trouble even she had heard, in spite of his youth--she didn't know. What the Seer might do to her never even crossed her mind.
