Well if you are ******** up in ways as serious as a panic attack then I still don't think it is bothering her. Wouldn't bother me anyways. Are they triggered by anything?

Nios Are they triggered by anything? Um, well, when I got them more regularly...I haven't had one in over four years, I don't think. I used to have major social anxiety issues, so a certain social situations would do it. Crowds. Moments of extreme emotional stress. Failure.

sorry to butt in... but i need express my rath in writing... even though. ok sOo i forgot to log out of gaia, sOo my sister took it apon herself to try and give my avi a make over. but not befor she spent most of my money and selling my all my stuff... well except for my hammi hat heart GAH! scream IM SoO PISSED!!! cry and sad...

So, now I can't get a hold of my boyfriend. It was actually said to him and she -was- a pretty good friend of his. He didn't take it so well.
