Oh, most of their movies that I've watched are fansubbed. The only ones that made it here are Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.
And I'm so happy today. With the new donation items, the Lunar Cloak inflated A LOT. And most people didn't know this. So I went to the Exchange, bought 6 Cloaks for 9k-11k each and sold them for 14k in the Market Place. Made 23k in one day. heart

The people are just more demanding sometimes. But it's the same thing for less. I don't really buy things lately. I haven't bought anything since... I forget what was the last item I bought. It was a while ago. I'm glad I didn't buy a donation letter for this month. I don't like the items.

I'm just waiting for the inventory to get up and running again...I hate having too many items, especially game. Unfortunately, I have plenty of that and I don't like selling it at the marketplace so I just keep clicking that stupid inventory button every five minutes xp

Yeah.... I have a small inventory. I had to break myself of the habit of selling the outfit I no longer wanted to wear, or else I'd have an even smaller inventory. And it's unlikely it'll get any bigger, because the only item I want is one I'll never, ever get. Though maybe I'll get other donation items, if I liike them. Which I doubt.

Which item do you want? I didn't know there was such a thing as an unattainable item on gaia (though there was this guy who said he wanted a 500,000 item or soemthing...he never said what it was confused )

Made 23k in one day. heart You're forgetting Mononoke Hime! It was the first Miyazaki movie ever to hit theaters here in the US. Disney pretty much has dibs on every Studio Ghibli film, its just a matter of time before they all come out here. Though I'm somewhat sad they didn't get Mimi wo Sumaseba (Whisper of the Heart) before they released Neko no Ongaeshi (The Cat Returns), since the two movies are slightly tied. I've seen every film Miyazaki has made with Studio Ghibli, I'm still trying to get around to the other movies that the other director did. Ah... donation items. I still suck at figuring out how to get a crap load of gold aside from buying extra donation items. Typically, if I want both items I'll buy four, open two and keep the items, sell one immediately then just sit on the other one for a while. Its a matter of patience in my case, which is hard because I lack patience ^^;;; I need to change my freakin' wishlist... to fewer items first of all because most of those I have now, I've just been too lazy to change it. And I'm tired of the same ol' picture. Oh speaking of Miyazaki movies... I knew there was a reason I wanted to talk more about them. The book of Howl's Moving Castle came today ^^ I'm about five chapters in right now and the minute differences are already astonishing. Though I'm very happy that my favorite line from Calcifer is also in the book XD "May your bacon burn." Ahahahaha! Loved that!! Ah... I'm a dork. But yea, I was really excited given that I haven't stared at any book but Harry Potter recently. Good book though, I'm glad I went through the trouble of getting it.

The item that's probably the closest to unattainable would probably be the halo. The very first donation item, it's also the rarest. Angelic sashes are from November of 2003. They currently cost somewhere over 2 million gold, and the price is still rising. In other words, no way in hell will I ever be able to buy one. I should really re-read all of Diana Wynne Jones's books that I don't have. The ones I do have I've read plenty of times. The other ones... not so much. Maybe I'll get the ones from the library again, when I go back to school.

The Manda: Can you name all the movies made by Miyazaki-san? And they were all from Studio Ghibli right? (*points to self* researching all she can)
NI: How much gold do you have? If you haven't bought anything in a while you should have a pretty good starting amount to really work for the sash 3nodding

Hahahaha! Yeah, right. I've got 13-some thousand at the moment. I don't post all that much. Just look around my guilds. And I bought a guild a month or so ago. That's 20,000 gone, remember. And I'm debating whether I should buy another guild, just for fun. I can buy it for less, if I get it from another guild captain. There's a surprising amount of people who want to sell their guilds. I could easily get one right now. I just have no idea what the other guild would be for. Probably just talking about random things. Ah, well, I have time to decide. If I do get it, I'll get it after I come back, anyway.

(*points to self* researching all she can)He has directed: Kaze no Tane no Nausicaa - Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind Tenkuu no Shiro Laputa - Laputa: The Castle in the Sky Tonari no Totoro - My Neighbor Totoro Majou no Takkyuubin - Kiki's Delivery Service Porco Rosso Mononoke Hime - Princess Mononoke Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi - Spirited Away Hauru no Ugoku Shiro - Howl's Moving Castle Those are all the movies Miyazaki directed with Studio Ghibli. He did screenplay, storyboards, and production on Mimi wo Sumaseba (Whisper of the Heart), hence his artistry. The other movies like The Cat Returns, Grave of the Fireflies, and Only Yesterday were by other directors. For more information go here.

Thank you so so so so so so so much 3nodding I went to a site that said Mimi wo Subaseba will be released this year...I hope it's legit because I read some reviews and summaries on it a couple months ago, and they said there wasn't a big chance that it would come to America. It's been at the top of my dvd list next to Nausicaa and Totoro ever since. heart

@Manda - When I said "movies that made it here" the here stands for Brazil. sweatdrop
@NI - The Sash has gone up to 3 million, though you may find it for less if you look really hard.
Also, the reason that items are cheaper in the Exchange Forum is because people who made threads there are dying to sell. Otherwise, they would put the items in the MarketPlace. 3nodding
