Well, maybe it's not just me...maybe she just has a special kind of hatred set aside for me. Xashowd did not know what to do. Daenes seemed to make herself deliberately unapproachable. He made a mental note to track down Leviathan when this was all over. He didn't like going over people's heads, but his curiosity demanded answers, no matter how many times he mentally thwacked it.
Then again, Daenes' comment was not only brash, but dangerous. Minty hadn't wanted anyone to know she might change, and here Daenes was potentially blurting it out. When he saw her looking in his direction while she was glaring at everyone, he glared right back, willing his eyes to ask Just what are you thinking?, but not certain the message was sent. He wasn't exactly experienced in talking with his eyes.

Daenes doesn't acknowledge the vampire any more than she does the others. The only people she seems to be paying any attention to were Minty and Gypsy.
As the others begin to eat, Monster watches from behind the couch, eying his plate of chili dogs. In one quick motion, the plate is gone and Monster is munching on them, back behind the couch.

Batty goes to sit down near it's little doorway wiggling it's tail as it sits down adjusting the skirt of the dress down. Pulling out a strawberry to enjoy it leaving the others to various going's on's around the room.

The mermaid woke, yawning lightly. How long had she been asleep? She really wasn't sure, but all she really wanted was to curl back up and go right back to sleep. It'd been awhile since she had been able to have a swim, and her body was growing weak from the lack water.
Blinking sleepily, she slowly pulled herself up to sit and looked about the room dully, trying to clear the fuzz in her mind so she could make sense of things.

He laughs softly when she walks off. Finishing up the barricade, he walks to the kitchen and grabs some bacon. He leans against a wall, happily chewing on the meat.
