Benjamin progressed forward on the pitch, dodging through another steal from Dylan. Maybe he would be able to get another shot on target. That's what he really wanted at least. He just wanted to show that he was ready to be called into the first team...that's all. Thus far, he's done well, but he felt as if he could do better...or at least, he should be doing better. He's hard on himself to say the least.

Benjamin shook his head as he probably started to think just a little too much about the shot and became less aware of his opponent, causing the ball to be stolen. It was a great steal nonetheless and he came away with the ball extremely cleanly, as if Benjamin wasn't holding onto the ball at all. He was; so one could imagine how clean the steal actually was. Going for a steal himself, he went in rather aggressively to re-win possession

Benjamin came away with the steal rather cleanly himself, almost the mirror of what Dylan had done against him. Smiling as he stole the ball, he progressed forward on the goal again, making a note to be more consciously aware of where Dylan was.

Lola decided to try her luck at hitting again. As she calculated it, she was the only one besides Eli trying out for beater (or more specifically allowed to), so that meant she'd end up on the main team regardless, so she figured she should see this try-out also as practice for herself. Aiming a nearby bludger she hoped to hit Benjamin.

Benjamin frowned as Dylan had stolen it from him again. 'Not this again,' he thought to himself, referring to the back and forth they had been doing in each of the tryouts they've ever played. But...alas, Benjamin went for another steal, hopefully not tiring from the repeated back and forth they'd been doing.

Benjamin took the ball from Dylan again, hoping to actually get remotely close to the goal this time. Before, he had hardly gotten anywhere away from the midfield line, before he Dylan had taken the orange ball. Heading towards goal, he kept aware of where Dylan was, hopefully anticipating his steal attempts.

Benjamin progressed down the pitch further, keeping Dylan in his peripherals, knowing that he was the only standing between Benjamin and the goals. Speeding down the pitch with pace, he preferred a straight approach to the usual windy path most take, mainly because the fastest way from point 'A' to point 'B' was straight, and he would deviate only if a bludger were to come his way, hoping that he could just outpace the angles of each.

Benjamin found that he had broken free, dodging through another steal attempt from Dylan. Flying through to goal, he went for the shot, slowing down the slightest just so he could get some accuracy on the shot, because Benjamin, even though he liked to shoot as hard as he could, knew that he was nowhere near experience to truly get a shot off going at full pace. It was a hard technique to learn after all. Still, he tried to go right down the center, in hopes that he could get Eugene to bite one way or the other towards the lower goals.
