___ ___ _________ ___ ___ "I know I must place my duty as a commander above my life as a man. And once I am crowned, I most certainly will do exactly that. However, I am not ready to divorce myself from my compassion just yet. I will find the balance somehow, the means to save my country and her people. That is the king I wish to become, and so that is the man I must be." The time for talking was over, it seemed--all that remained now was to defeat the professional woman before him. Though she had shown impressive speed and skill, he wasn't a stranger to those qualities either, and he felt confident he had more physical strength than her. So when he got her down, it was only a matter of keeping her there until she surrendered or passed out. Now, Ephraim had been in a war. You don't las long in a war against several opponent's in melee range without knowing to protect sensitive areas. So while, yes, he was technically equipped for her attack... her leg strength was impressive. And the protection could only mitigate so much damage. Those long, slender legs of hers were not just for show, as Ephraim would realize very quickly. (9! Ephraim must skip his turn!) So, while the protection did prevent any lasting damage, it did not prevent 100% of the immediate pain. And Cissnei would immediately feel his strength wane, and she'd feel that she now had more than enough strength to overpower him and do, really, whatever she wanted to him. At least for the next few moments, he was her b***h. (( OOC: ))

The second she could feel Ephraim's strength wane, she took the opportunity she gained to put all her own strength into forcing him off her, twisting so he was flipped off and landed there on the ground at his back. She wasted no time to secure the moment by rolling over, her hands grabbing his shoulders and once again flipping him back around so he was now on his stomach, she had to move fast! Who knew when he would be able to resist her once the pain wore off? Reaching over to grab both of his arms, she drew them behind his back quickly, using one hand to hold them in place while she retrieved a specially unbreakable cuff to place around his wrists. "I did say we will soon find out, didn't I? " He must have felt pretty terrible, more so, humiliated. Still, she heard about this Hex on Ephraim, so she wasn't to certain this win was all her doing. Lifting him up by his bound wrists, she gave him a little shove forward as she held onto him firmly. "Time to go..Don't give me any problems, or it will be your friends that will pay the price.." In one way or the other, that was true. Keeping them both as quiet as possible, Cissnei began to lead him through the forest, he might notice this path was to the opposite side, north of the island and quite a good ways to get to the shoreline, where she knew no one was. Walking him through the sandy white beach Ephraim would see a rocky jetty ahead going a good distance out to sea, where it was much deeper. He might also notice something else at the end of it, a red steel structure of sorts he definitely would not recognize, a submarine awaited for the two to discretely depart the island, allowing no one to know what took place.

___ ___ _________ ___ ___ "I know I must place my duty as a commander above my life as a man. And once I am crowned, I most certainly will do exactly that. However, I am not ready to divorce myself from my compassion just yet. I will find the balance somehow, the means to save my country and her people. That is the king I wish to become, and so that is the man I must be." Cissnei's speed and dexterity were... incredible. Overwhelming. He barely had a moment to process what was happening before she had his face down in the dirt and she was on his back. With her superior leverage, it was a simple matter for her to fasten the handcuffs around his wrists. Despite his resistance, that click was unmistakable, and rang out like a bell that signaled his defeat. And so, the female Turk had defeated and captured the king. The defeat and humiliation that flooded through him as he was forced utterly at her mercy was likely somewhat like what Cloud felt when Elena had defeated him instantly in a single punch, knocking him out with only that. Was there some kind of unknown law that the kryptonite of the great heroes of the world were female Turks? Cissnei's words stung, but she was right. They certainly found out. And she had all the reason to gloat about it. Ephraim may lose in sparring matches at times, but it was nearly unheard of for him to lose a serious fight like this. And Cissnei seemed to have no trouble putting him down. He let out a grunt as she shoved him, a subtle yet powerful physical command: that she was now in control, and he would obey. And... he did. He had no other choice. Perhaps he could escape if he tried to flee, but he didn't like his chances. And if he didn't obey, she may render him unconscious. At least if he remained aware, he could keep an eye out for something he could use. Information, if nothing else. So... since he was defeated, he'd have to submit to her commands for the time being. Better to keep her certain in her control over the situation. "I... I-I'm going..." He responded, doing a good job sounding defeated, humiliated, and at her mercy. ...Maybe because that wasn't really an act. He was all three of those things. And he'd obediently go where she commanded... Coming upon a submarine, he realized how she managed to avoid drawing any attention. A helicopter could be discovered, even if she had come before them. But finding this submarine by accident was nearly impossible. He paused at the entrance to the submarine, glancing around observantly. Obviously, once he entered, he was well and truly captured. Escaping would be more difficult. Ideally, he could escape now... but there seemed to be nothing that may aid him in that endeavor nearby. Alisa. Can you hear me? ...No response. Had something she done rendered him unnoticeable by Serenitians? Perhaps the handcuffs restrained more than simply his arms. Either way... it seemed bleak. Indeed, it seemed Cissnei had won... and had captured him. (( OOC: ))

Aerith earlier returned to the house at the beach, where she would change to her normal, every day outfit. She didn't have any plans to swim for a while, but rather go exploring the forest a little. As far as she understood, this island was the safest place, the only real worries would be a few snakes, but even then she doubted they would want to bother her! Going through the forest in a swimsuit would be a strange thing, and less safe for her skin if she were brushing up against plants. It was almost a shame that this island was so big, somehow she managed to lose sight of Zack, though it wouldn't be to surprising if he was hanging out with Cloud and the rest of the men. So she decided on going on alone, best not to bother anyone when they were all having so much fun, right? A little into the forest, she noticed fresh foot prints ahead of her. Aerith wasn't much of a tracker, but it was hard to miss the muddy foot prints along the ground. She decided to follow! And who did she happen upon, sitting on a broken tree trunk, completely oblivious to her presence. Aerith smiled, a playfulness in her deep green eyes as she began to creep up slowly behind the oblivious teenager....
And then..! Her arms were around her, hugging her tightly from behind in a playful manor. " I got you! " Aerith would fall into a soft fit of giggles at poor Ariel's terrified reaction. She could possibly have left her body for a moment there... "I'm sorry..! I didn't mean to scare you..." Maybe she did, but not THAT much! Still, it was pretty funny, considering her bravery earlier. "I ....meant to teach you to be more aware of your surroundings! " That was such a lie!! "But I'm on vacation! There shouldn't be any monsters here. Why would I want to be so on alert if there's no dangers here? " She may have to learn a thing or two about how monsters and enemies didn't care about their vacation time!

Rose Everyone gathered on the island, the next time they blinked, they would find their surroundings were different when their eyes opened--and they were surrounded by everyone else, as they were all brought to the same area. A worthy gathering area near Alisa's little tiki bar, they would all be encircling a girl in a white dress, short in stature and slender in frame, with a small smile. "Hello..." She said, and the amount of magic radiating this small girl was absurd. It encircled her like an invisible, gentle hurricane, and covered the entire island as though her body alone couldn't keep it fully contained. "My name... is Rose. I'm the daughter of... the daughter of her.""Rose?" Alisa's eyes widened slightly. "If you're here, does that mean-?""I'm keeping her at bay as long as I can..." She said with a tired smile. "It's a losing battle. She will be here... soon. But before she gets here, the other keys, I need... you need..." She turned, pointing at Cloud, who was jerked towards her with a small grunt. "There." She said, as Ultima Weapon floated off his back and towards her. "The second key--it's here, but incomplete. You need... Holy... Meteor... The White Materia, and the Black Materia. I can fuse them into the Ultima Weapon, and create a weapon capable of killing my sisters.""The...?" Putting materia in weapons wasn't exactly a new concept, but the White and Black materia were special, obviously. Neither could be traditionally used the same way. "...I don't know how much I trust you. But even if I did, Sephiroth has the Black Materia. We'd have to find him.... Aerith? Do you still have the White Materia?" And when Aerith checked if she had it, she'd find it was missing, alarmingly. "...What?! Yuffie!" Of course that was his first thought."The White Materia was stolen by Shinra." Rose informed them. "During one of your battles, one of the Turks managed to take it discreetly.""...Damn!" Cloud crossed his arms. "That complicates things." The need to free Midgar felt even more dire now. "...We have to liberate Midgar, but there's nothing we can do until an opening presents itself. If we act recklessly, the citizens of Midgar pay for it.""......." Rose's head jerked suddenly and her eyes widened in understanding, as if a lightbulb had suddenly turned on in her head. "Oh! So that wasn't bondage!!" ...And then everyone likely looked at her like a lunatic. "...Wh-what!" She said defensivley. "Just--don't worry about Midgar for the time being! I have a feeling it'll work out soon!" She cleared her throat, trying to dispel the awkwardness her little outburst created. "...All the threats to the world will have to be dealt with before she arrives. This is the only way to prepare yourselves to have even a slight chance to defeat her, and my sisters...""Ah, so just go find the hard-to-find evil people who are also really strong, and kill them while worrying about the cosmic supervillain coming at us. Seems easy enough!" Zack said with some sarcasm, but he was certainly more than prepared to do exactly that."I'm not leaving you with nothing! We're so close to the end... I have a... gift..." She took a deep breath. "There may not be many new arrivals from other worlds before Selene comes... but there is someone very powerful I can bring here. It's a bit... unorthodox, but desperate times..." She moved her hands together as enough magic to shake the entire island gathered at her fingertips. Anyone who was keen about energy signatures may notice that the magic she was gathering was identical to the magic the Tear output. The silver magic gathered in a mass, and she waved one of her arms as the formless mass of energy left her hands and took shape--and then took form, as someone foreign to this world was once again brought here, fully against his own will. The man's dark blue clothing was almost as distinctive as his long, silver hair--and the two blue antennae in his hair.Leaning against the cane he didn't need with both his hands, the man's severe eyes opened to unfamiliarity all around him. "...Where am I?" His deep voice sounded out, pleasant, yet somewhat demanding. While this man's power wasn't comparable to Rose's, anyone who could sense power would feel that the power surrounding him was completely absurd."...Hello, Iudex Neuvillette." Rose said politely, drawing the man's attention to her. "It's a pleasure! I've brought you here to help these warriors. Please, they-""I'm afraid not, miss." Neuvillette said politely. "Please send me back at once. I have too many responsibilities waiting for me in Fontaine to help you.""No, I won't do that." Rose said, shaking her head. "Kill me if you must. But these people are fighting for Fontaine, and every other place that has ever existed here. If they lose to... her... she will destroy not only Teyvat, but every world connected to this one.""..." Neuvillette let out a soft sigh through his nose as he closed his eyes, contemplating. This sounded rather absurd, yet he couldn't detect any deceit in her words. And if she was telling the truth... He owed it to the people of Fontaine, to Furina, and most of all, to the memory of Focalors not to turn their request down. "...Very well. Where is this threat?""...On her way." Rose said softly. "Please, speak with them. I must... speak to..." She grunted slightly, shaking her head quickly. "Hana!" She shouted, and both she and Hana would suddenly vanish, appearing a short distance away--and out of earshot of the others. She gripped Hana by the shoulders, looking into her eyes with wide, frantic eyes--not appearing entirely sane. "You! Must! Help me! Please! I...! Ahhh..." She let her go, stumbling back. "I need! Your help! My mind... it's shattered... I believed I... we could... I don't... I don't think we can win unless I restore my mind. My sanity. I need a powerful Serenitian to help me sort this. I need you. It has to be you. Your powerful mental abilities, and your ability to mend. I need you. It can't be... anyone else!" She just barely managed to keep her mind straight enough to tell everyone everything she knew without losing her composure, or her mind. Though even that was subject to change, given what had happened during her earlier conversation with Ephraim. "My mind will not last until she gets here... if you don't help me."(( OOC: ))

Aerith blinked a few times, as if trying to make sure her own eyes were working properly! Last she remembered, she was sitting near a small stream of crystal clear water, the soothing sounds of the trickling water was perhaps a little peaceful, having caused her to fall asleep for a little while. When she woke up next, it was due to the intense field of energy suddenly the whole entire island was feeling, not to mention, she was moved from her cozy little spot, to the famous Alisa's very famous little tiki bar! While Aerith didn't know much backstory on Rose here, it seemed some of them knew enough, and judging by the reaction of Alisa, her presence didn't seem like the most welcomed sight. At least, that was what she would be left to think until Rose spoke further. So, this girl, with incredible power was on their side, and trying to help them prepare for the biggest threat they would ever know. "..Hm? " She seemed surprised this mysterious girl even knew of the White Materia, and the Black Materia. But the mention of it did bring her to check as Cloud questioned it himself. Aerith began to reach up to the bow in her hair, which normally contained the white materia there.....but it was not there! "...?! What...?? It's not here?! " Now, Aerith had traveled and did a LOT with that materia just, sitting there secured into that bow in her hair, never once ever losing it. It wasn't as though it could just fall out! "I had it with me while we were here, I've never misplaced it! This can't be...." "Why are you automatically looking at ME?! I have't stolen a thing from anyone since that time ago! ...Though now you've just tempted me to focus on you..C-L-O-U-D! Hmph! " She crossed her own arms, turning away as if she was SO insulted! All eyes would return to Rose once again, as she explained the situation of the White Materia. "..I don't understand? I've handled the Turks throughout my life, how could they manage this? " She would never turn her back on them, her guard was always up in their presence, so, how?! It made her feel so irresponsible. For something as precious, as important as the White Materia to be so easily stolen from her, it was rather insulting, and alarming.. "Iudex Neuvillette?? " Ayaka hardly expected to see him, of all people, forced into this world. It seemed a rather harsh way to bring someone here, but she understood the worlds, all the worlds fates were kind of hanging on a thread, if this Rose thought he would be useful to their victory against Selene, then she would have to take it upon herself to try and bring some comfort to his no doubt worried mind. To be taken away from his home so suddenly, it wasn't as though she didn't know how that felt. Taking a small step forward, she tried to smile despite the uncomfortable situation they were all in. "It's alright, you can trust everyone here.." She began to say. " I'm so sorry you had to be brought into this, you are not the only one.." As he could clearly see. "Do you remember me? ... You spoke with my brother, Kamisato,Ayato.. I'm Kamisato Ayaka. " She didn't think he had bad memory, of course not! Though the only time she was there, she wasn't exactly dressed in her normal attire, and anyone could have trouble recognizing her, even someone like Neuvillette. "Y--!" She didn't even get a full world in before they vanished, only to appear again a short distance away. Well! That was a tad disorientating! "Yes?! " She had to admit, this show of Rose was a little scary. People with such lost minds weren't exactly the most comfortable to be around. Still, she wasn't about to ignore her, she was trying to help them, after all. Hana wasn't one to turn down anyone in need, even if their mind was severly unstable. "It's okay! Don't worry, what will you have me do? How can I help?? "

Some time later, a few hours at most, much like before, only so much of the submarine was visible at the surface, just enough that Ephraim could safely make his way out of the vessel. But it wasn't just Ephraim who would be leaving through that small hatch door, as another would climb her way out, and as the bright sun hit her eyes, she nearly shrieked and lost her footing on the latter, luckily, she had pretty good reflexes and was able to keep hold of the bars while getting her feet back into place! This was how hermit crabs felt, wasn't it? After being in the gloomy, dark city of Midgar for SO long..the sun was now her enemy! Finally getting out, the clumsy fool of a girl suddenly latched onto Ephraim as if there were ten thousand spiders surrounding them. As if the ride all the way from Midgar after she found them, to their horror, wasn't bad enough with her constantly talking, talking, and talking! Now, he would have to deal with the great Serenitian Miya! Everyone's worst nightmare. "It's so shaky! Whoooa!! " In her defense, she had never been in or on top of a submarine before, it was a very new, freaky feeling to her body! "Help me to the rocks pleaaaaaaaaaaaase!?! " He kind of had no choice, if he didn't throw her off into the water first. With her latched onto him like that, he would probably be better off doing what she asked, and help her to the rocks... "....." Ephraim would have to deal with her now, and the rest of the crew. "..I'm afraid I can't stay, there are still important things I must take care of before I can ..settle down. " Settle down back in Gongaga, with her mission complete, and her cover forever blown, there was no going back even if she wanted to. Not that she ever would. Once Ephraim and Miya were safely off the submarine, and onto the rocks that would lead them onto the island, she would close the hatch door, sealing it shut before heading back to the controls where she would begin to steer it away from the jetty, and into the deeper waters. Eventually the last thing they would see was the submarine diving under til it was no longer visible....

However, I am not ready to divorce myself from my compassion just yet. I will find the balance somehow, the means to save my country and her people. That is the king I wish to become, and so that is the man I must be." "Shouting isn't going to make it any simpler," Ephraim responded flatly, prying her off him and throwing her over his shoulder rather than trying to climb down with her attached to his arm like a crab. He turned towards Cissnei as she spoke. "What? You should really be the one to tell them, given it was your plan..." Still, she surely had her reasons. "...All right, but be careful. Don't trust anyone you don't know. We've likely made Shinra desperate, who knows what they might try. And if Rufus's condition along with those drone-like Neo SOLDIERs are any indication, their troops aren't exactly willing... I wouldn't want to see you join their ranks." All this casual conversation while the most annoying woman in the world was just there on his shoulder, probably screaming away. "You know, I've had this really severe migraine ever since we left Midgar." Yeah, Cissnei could probably relate. He seriously considered just dropping her--the sand would break her fall just fine! But that would probably just make things worse, so he placed her on her feet. "Come on, hopefully one of the other Serenitians here will be willing to take custody for the day." Coming to the gathering after a small walk, Ephraim's eyes scanned the area briefly."Uh, Ephraim? Did you just get here? And wha- why is Carmen's sister with you?""Carmen's sister... that explains a lot." He was just thinking how it was quite a coincidence he had met TWO annoying animal-eared Serenitians today! "Shinra has been expelled from Midgar. I wish she were here to tell you herself, but... Cissnei had me help her with a plan to liberate Midgar, and it was a success. She's tying up loose ends now before she can come to join us.""Cissnei did?" Zack crossed his arms, thinking for a moment. "I wonder why she didn't ask any of us?" Most notably, him! Did she not trust him anymore? ...Maybe she had never really trusted him. But he still considered her a close friend."She had to handle it very discreetly... otherwise, things might have gone south fast.""Wait, you said you drove Shinra out of Midgar. When? Why are you only telling us about this now?""...Because it just happened? Where do you all think I've been for the last few hours?""...You... uh... you were gone?""......" Ephraim's face fell momentarily. "None of you noticed I've been gone for hours...?" What a great thing to come back to, put himself in great danger to save the city so many of them loved, and instead of coming back like a hero, he came back to learn none of them really cared about him! He sighed. "Well... be that as it may... They've retreated to Junon. We'll have to be careful about how we approach them.""...Right." Cloud put a hand to his chin. "There'll be nowhere else for them to run. Nowhere else is controlled by Shinra as strong as Midgar and Junon were. They'll be desperate to hold out. We'll need to be careful when we go after them.""Haha, anyway..." God, she felt like an idiot. Ephraim was gone that long and she didn't notice?! "M-Miya, hi... your sister was here earlier. She really--er--showed off her amazing talent at making friends..." That could only be good, knowing how GREAT Carmen was at socializing and making people happy. Truly, everyone always loved being around her! "Glad you're okay though. You must have been in Midgar, huh, if you came here with Ephraim? I have a feeling Carmen's little hex was part of a rescue attempt she was planning... No wonder she acted so desperately." As bitchy as she could be, it did seem atypical for her to forego someone's safety entirely just for an experiment. This would explain some of her desperation. She was WILDLY overprotective over her little sister, maybe even more than Alisa was over her little siblings! (( OOC: ))

"Uhhh?!?! " Well, being slung over his shoulder like a sack of potato's wasn't exactly what she had in mind! It wasn't like she was THAT small, she was a older teenager after all! Though she probably was a little shorter for her age, she wasn't feather light! "Rude! RUDE PERSON! Put me down! Down I say! This isn't how you handle a lady you brute!! " Maybe next she could call him a cad, a beast and a pervert! But rather then insults, he would instead feel the tickling of her big fluffy pink tail smacking him in the face, over and over again! Now, it was so soft and fluffy, it couldn't really hurt, but it could definitely annoy him to death, and possibly make him sneeze. It was no doubt, even Cissnei would find herself laughing at Ephraim's misfortune, she would have the blessed peace and quiet, while he had to deal with the most irritatingly energetic, loudest teenager of all time. But he wasn't being quick enough at putting her down, and he would learn that when he felt pressure against his torso, the bottoms of her sneakers positioning flat against him as she remained slung over his shoulder, building up the momentum, Miya would show just how agile she was when she used her feet to kick herself off him, a gift of her great neko-like abilities that made her a pretty tricky one to catch, or avoid! She was fast, too! Unfortunate for Ephraim, he was once again back on the cursed island, as he probably thought of it as, and had that Hex still been on him, he might feel his bad luck returning to him when he was launched off the rocks they were now standing on, and into the water the moment she launched herself up off him! Miya, of course, landed quite gracefully, right there on top of the massive rock. "Heh! That's right! That'll teach ya! Next time handle me more carefully, and respectfully!! " Had that all happened, and he shamelessly swam his way back to the rocks, she would turn once she knew he was safe, and begin walking towards the beach! As sooooooo disrespectful as he was, she didn't want him drowning. Of course she wouldn't just leave him behind if she didn't know he was safe! So as the two walked the beach a little ways down further, she began to breath in the clean fresh air, it was like her lounges were being purified by just breathing in the ocean air! No more Midgar smog! No more dark city, no more scary people, just beautiful nature and clean air. It was as close to heaven as she could get right now! "So great! This is SO GREAT! Isn't it??! The air is so amazing here... I feel so alive!! " Maybe her feeling so alive was perhaps a bad thing? It definitely helped bring that energy level to higher levels then it was before! As they came upon the group, Miya's eyes lit up like the brightest Christmas tree in the whole darn world, and maybe, just maybe, Alisa would fear for her safety when that pink-haired neko girl practically sprinted for her, and much like before, her leaping abilities was no surprise, very powerful, and Alisa would realize just how powerful when she was sent to the ground with a harsh thud, thankfully, the sand was soft, so it wouldn't actually hurt her, but it might cause some disorientation! "A-L-I-S-A!!!!!!! " Yeah, she was a little happy, just a little! "My favorite princess ever! Best! Ever! I'm so happy!! " It was like she was in a massive cell, locked away from everyone she knew, and everyone important to her. She literally had no one to talk to in her time in Midgar. She spent most of her time hiding, scavenging for supplies, and then rushing back to hiding again, never having any time to really talk to anyone without drawing attention to herself. That darned Aisha ALWAYS found her! So in a way, one could almost understand why she was SO full of energy and so happy to see Alisa! It was several moments before Miya finally got up and off of the princess, and a moment later getting to her feet, as well as helping Alisa up if she required it! "Sorry...hee,hee...I'm just...I can't even describe how happy I am to be here..to see you, and to be OUT of that wretched horrible city! I thought I would never be free! " She said to her, listening a moment as Alisa began to speak of her sister. "Ohh!! Really?! ...But I missed her, didn't I? " Her ears fell somewhat flat in disappointment. "Will she be back?? " Of course, she didn't know the whole story behind her appearance, and the questioning look on her face as she mentioned something about a hex only grew more curious! "..Hex? ..Umm, what do you mean? "

However, I am not ready to divorce myself from my compassion just yet. I will find the balance somehow, the means to save my country and her people. That is the king I wish to become, and so that is the man I must be." That migraine just continued to get worse and worse as said migraine continued to command him to put her down and yell. "Make me." He lightly challenged, mainly just to try to shut her up, to make her realize she couldn't just order him around like a peasant! Yet... she would respond in a pretty surprising way, and before he even realized what she was doing, he'd find himself on his back! No, she didn't quite force him into the water, but she did put him on his back right beneath her! Letting out a grunt mixed with irritation and shame, he laid back a moment, recovering from the daze of getting thrown for a loop like that for several moments! "Ugh... Y-yes, ma'am..." He surrendered, having to admit she did in fact make him like he challenged her to! And as much as he'd like to turn this into a fight, he figured if he challenged her to a fight she'd run away like he was attacking her or something. Probably better just to take the defeat and move on! As they eventually continued on, he raised a hand to cover the ear closest to her with a blank expression. "If you could feel so alive a little quieter, I would appreciate it." Hopefully before he got permanent damage to his ear."Bwuh!!" Alisa let out in surprise as she was bowled over, and Miya had already taken down two of Avalanche's strongest within 5 minutes of being on this island. "As hot as you are, Miya, if you're coming onto me, I'm sorry to say I'm already in a relationship..." News Miya may have learned during her dreaded time at Midgar even. Standing after the hyperactive catgirl stood off her, Alisa gave a slightly awkward laugh. "Oh it's fine, I like it when girls act cute you know. Besides, you're- bwaah!!" And she was knocked right back onto the ground as someone bowled her over once again to get past her."Miya!!!!" And there was the dreaded big sister, who clung to her little sister in a hold that may have killed anyone else, yet if Miya had shown anything in her time here, she showed just how strong she somehow was.Raising her face out of the sand and spitting out what had gotten into her mouth from that fall, Alisa spoke flatly. "God I hate you." She said towards Miya's dear big sister. And Carmen probably did not even hear it. 'Are you all right?! Did those brutes hurt you? Name them all, and I'll turn them into toads! Toads with indigestion!! Or worse! Oh, they will PAY!" She finally released her, pulling out a comb and started brushing her hair. "Your hair is a little knotted--no doubt you haven't had much time for self-care, but that's what Carmen's here for!" She said in a doting voice as she started to brush her hair, like she was a literal helpless infant. "And you've lost weight in that time! It must have been hard to find anything to eat. Not to worry, I'll get you the best food available! You will have a feast before the day ends, I swear that!" Was she her sister, or her mother? ...Well, she kinda took both roles growing up, given their situation... "Gods, I've been beside myself this entire time! I was going to teleport in there to save you, but they had something to block it. And if I went there myself, they'd just blow up those blasted plates. So naturally I tried mind control, but those drones were already mind controlled! I was halfway through a plan to tunnel into that disgusting city when I thought of trying a hex on the president, but I had to test some parameters first... But, you're here! That's what matters! Don't ever worry me like that again!!" And then, another hug. One had to wonder which of these two sisters was more annoying! (( OOC: ))

"Hmph! That's where you belong for now, Mr.! " She may not of managed to send him into the water, but this was satisfactory enough. But to really make sure he knew how extremely rude he was, she did a little stomp over his chest as he laid there so helplessly on his back, keeping her foot there for a moment until stepping off him and walking away! "I sense sarcasm....Do you want a beating next?!" She turned to him, looking oh-so-scary....as a angry kitten..That pink and her extremely cute outfit didn't exactly help her look intimidating! "You must think because I was stuck in that horrible city, that i'm helpless! I'll show you just how helpless I am sometime, just you wait! " Now, she wasn't as great as she made herself out to be, while she might be able to fend off weaker enemies, she didn't have much to go with come actual threats. She was no where near as skilled as her sister, and that was all due to self-teaching herself. Watching others practice and duel at the Forest Kingdom helped her learn herself, and she was quite proud of how far she had gotten so far! After all, she did manage to escape a very scary Aisha several times. As she reunited with Alisa, in that oh-so-pleasant greeting Alisa just had to love, Miya blinked her pink confused eyes at her, before shaking her head in a frantic wave of her hands. "What!? Nooo! ..Do you not get enough hugs? Not everything means romance!! Besides, I heard about you and Azura..word travels in that city. That must be fun, I bet you get mermaid girlfriend privilege's and can breath under water, huh?! How does it work? Does she have to kiss you? Or does she use magic?? " She was already full of questions, maybe she might want to escape to the quietness of the sea with said mermaid. As Alisa began to speak again, before Miya could respond, Alisa was knocked right back down on the ground, and Miya would find herself in a giant bear-hug by her dear older sister! A hug that might of caused anyone to turn blue on the face, but Miya? She just returned the hug just as tightly! It was as if it was a hugging contest! "I'm okay! " She answered as the onslaught of questions began! "I was able to find a good hiding place under the church, I was lucky the boards are so old! It worked out so great, and no one could ever find me. Even the scary Aisha girl...or was it Aya?...um, something like that..I thought it sounded like Aisha, but I could be wrong! She was most persistent, but I managed to escape her every time. She explained, a soft coloration of pink coming to her cheeks as she began to randomly comb her hair! Most the time she didn't mind her overly doting sister, but at times when everyone was around them? Even she got a little embarrassed! Though it did feel rather nice at the same time..little moments like these she would learn to love more, after that whole experience! "I mean, It wasn't always easy to get a good meal, lucky I started to learn the best routes and times that girl began patrolling, I was able to grab what I could from some of the local nice people there, before I went back to the church. Though....a good meal right now does sound very tempting...and since were on a island....we can get all the fish we ever could want, right?! Mm..grilled fish..." She didn't realize until now, just how mouth watering that sounded. As she began to explain her plans to try and get to her, Miya just shook her head with a smile, as if to dismiss the whole thing. "It's okay now, were together again! I'm glad you didn't go there, who knows what might of happened, you might of gotten stuck there too! There was just a whole lot of weird stuff in that city..but it doesn't matter anymore! " She returned the hug again, another tight one! She certainly didn't mind the hugs. "I'm sorry! I will never adventure again..." She did learn the hard way, leaving the Forest Kingdom to explore the mysterious world was the worst idea she ever made.

Carmen "Ugh!" Ephraim let out in defeat as she stomped down upon his chest, a feeling he had felt many times on this island and on this day. "...Ung..." He could do little except lay there helplessly until she let him up. He had to admit, her sudden commanding attitude turned her quickly from annoyingly cute to hot! He certainly hadn't expected to feel her foot planted on his chest when she was screaming the entire way here! And then came her next words, which he responded to with a look. "A beating? At your hands? I'd love one." Maybe she was more open to being challenged than he expected! "Yes, you are clearly helpless. But if you want to fight, I'm more than open to anytime--including right now. Though I don't blame you if you're scared, of course..." Maybe if they started fighting she'd become a little less annoying!"Ohh, hee-hee, underwater... Oh, we have a lot of fun underwater..." ...What kind of answer was that? Alisa was getting lost in her perverted daydreams/memories, but was rudely interrupted by her eternal rival bowling her over!"That's my sister! So resourceful!" Carmen said proudly, practically overwhelming Miya with affection as she patted her head affectionately and proudly. "Though I've always worked so much so you wouldn't have to put that to the test. I'm so frustrated! I should've been the one to save you." But instead, it was that damn human she hexed, of all people! "That damn Ephraim, I don't know whether to thank him or step all over him..." Maybe both? Something to consider... "I will remember that name! She will become a toad when I next see her!!" A concept strangely not that foreign in this world... "Oh, you want grilled fish, do you? Just wait--once we're caught up, your big sister will show you all how it's done!" And if any pesky mermaids got in the way, she'd regret it! "Well, whatever you do, just stay with me from now on! Or at least tell me if you're going to do anything... If you ever get into trouble, it's my duty to come and save you, you know! And my pleasure. You know how much I enjoy looking cool in front of you!" It was no wonder poor Alisa got destroyed every time they fought--most if not all those times, Miya was probably watching! "Ha! Sorry! That won't work on me! I'm not scared to fight you at all, I just don't feel like it right now. I did enough of that in Midgar, fighting for my life not to be taken into that cursed building. I'm going to enjoy my freedom now, that's more important! " He thought he could get under her skin, but that little trick wouldn't work! Miya tilted her head curiously, but wouldn't get the chance to further question her strange change of tone, as Alisa was brought to the ground by her sister. "He,he! " The beaming of her face showed how much she enjoyed the affection. "That's why I practiced on my own, I would often watch you and the others battle, taking mental notes on the fighting styles each of you used. I wanted to be better and less reliant on you, because you were always so busy trying to make everything so good for me. I didn't want to be the reason you were so over worked and exhausted every day, so I learned by myself to get the basics of fighting, at least, I can defend myself well enough! "He's a little odd, but without him and the Turk lady, Cissnei, I would still be trapped in that stupid city..so I'm kind of really thankful to them! You should be too! " At least, he didn't deserve to be stepped on for now! "Heehee..That does sound funny. The strong lady with the eerie deep red eyes and perfect long black hair, that tough look of hers, and suddenly, she's a toad! " She was a little to amused by the image in her head. "That sounds great! I can't wait! " Little did they know, Tifa and Sephriea still had quite the fresh load of caught fish they put right into a pond near by, saltwater ran through into it, so the fish thrived in their little pond, unknowing their doomed fate. "Mm! I don't plan on leaving ever again! " She nodded, smiling brightly at her last words. "It's true, you always look so cool in everything you do! Especially when you put everyone down so fast! " That meant Alisa there, too!
".....Ephraim! " Aerith called out, if anyone was going to show some joy about the news, it was Aerith, and he would feel that joy when Aerith grabbed him into a hug. "Thank you! Honestly...I was worried about everyone in Midgar ever sense we left..I felt like it was terrible we had to leave them like that..Nothing about that felt right to me..so I am grateful for what you did..as i'm certain the citizens of Midgar are..Did you get any injuries during that time, or need any healing? " The least she could do was offer to heal him, if he needed it! "....Can I ask one question? ....What was it like? Was everyone safe? .....Do you think, maybe once we've had our time here, we could possibly go back? I would like to make sure everyone is safe, we could all provide a little help if it's needed.. " "I think that is a great idea! I have felt guilty leaving them behind as we did...I knew they were up to no good! If we can offer our help, I would like to do it.." Tifa wanted to see Midgar just as much as Aerith, there were a lot of people she knew well and especially cared for. It was their duty to protect the city, and they did...anything but that by leaving..
