I really don't think there's a percent chance of it working though, I've gone entire matches without it working once, its just based on chance, just like other items

Alright, I don't use quick claw to depend on it, that's why its on an already fast pokemon so that way it doesn't work out I still have decent speed instead of relining on just luck
