She finished this glass as well. A bit of unease passed through her features as Rikku decided speaking to the other races. The last time they had attempted a meeting...the vampires had not exactly played nice as the elders were able to walk in the sunlight. The vampires were not playing fair then, and she believed the other races believed they would not play fair now.
Rogue put a hand to her face and rubbed her forehead above her left eye as if trying to push off a deep headache. She did not want to see the Demon elder, Neko, nor Jaden, the lycan Alpha.

Sensing her unease, she glanced to her comrade, her arms folding slowly. "The sooner I find out what the hell is going on, the sooner I can attempt to get this whole sorry business under wraps.." She wasn't being mean, just very outspoken - something from her French roots. "I'd like to know how they're dealing with things.. Perhaps they'd be willing to cooperate, atleast for a while.. Until we feel the need to hit them where it hurts." She smirked slyly as she lifted her light frame onto the sideboard rather gracefully, so she was perched on the edge.

There is was. The spark that made Rikku the successful leader of the New York Coven, as well as surviving through the years. "Well, I suppose if the other elders do not wish to cooperate we can pull out some of our own footage of some destructive carnage created by their races, and put the heat from us, to them."
The thought of the blackmail made her feel better. She shifted and set her glass down, putting both hands on the counter behind her and leaning back a bit.
"We've been hit from a side angle, and yes, we need to hit back. I'm tired of all this hiding, and this cloned blood, and I know our race as a whole feels the same."

"That would in-fact be perfect.... If I could meet with a mortal official, an ambassador. I could convince them that the reall danger lies with the Lycans.. Or the demons." She mused, her smirk widening as she spoke. This was too perfect. "The vampires are the friends of the mortals and will vow to.. 'protect' them from the more evil.." She glanced at Rogue, the look in her eyes telling her exactly what she meant. Of course she didn't care about the mortals.

"Yes. So we shift the heat to a more appropriate receiver. The lycans and demons do not need to know about our quiet deals with the humans."
Rogue caught Rikku's gaze.
"And I'm sure the humans would appreciate our protection greatly."
They could be convinced as much with several psychic vampires implanting suggestions around the city. They would need to alert Alexz of their needs and perhaps she could pull together more psychics to do a bit of the dirty work.

"That of course gives us.. Leverage." She continued, the plans forming in her head. "Or if we could get the word out to regulate killing but try and disguise it when it happens.. I don't know, say take your mortal, drain their blood then tear their throat out to make it look like a bloodied lycan attack?" She leant back against the wall, her legs crossing. "Would get us off this awful cloned blood for a bit.."

She liked the idea of some savage death. She knew the thirst for violence within the vampire community was building and would need to be released anyway. A smile spread across her face as she imagined it.
"I like this idea. And I think we all need a bit more savagery in our community. Keeps us young." She laughed. "We get some photos in the hands of our people of actual lycan killings around the city that the Death Dealers have found, and have vampires repeat the scenes after their meals. The lycans will seemably be out of control."

Nodding, a wide smirk spread across her lips. "It's been too long, I need real blood before I can function properly.. So I am thinking we are best to get this plan rolling as soon as possible.. Give the filthy dogs the attention they deserve."

"Well then. Let us meet up tomorrow at Las Noches. I will make the necessary calls, and you can meet with the human ambassador and I will see if I cannot get the right photos and surveillance into the right hands. I will alert the vampire community to begin the respective lycan look alike killings. I'd imagine they are quite as hungry as we are."

Nodding, she slipped herself from the sideboard gracefully, her smalle frame landing silently on her feet. "Until tomorrow, tonight I must feed.. On something. I will be cautious, I assure you.." She smiled knowingly at the elder before slipping out of the door quietly.

Reocew walks through the front door slowly. his pale face staring at the floor. wondering if this is the right place. Reocew leans against the front door, his silver eyes wandering around the room at the other vampires. he slowly leans against a wall and lights a ciggarette. a slit grin on his face, Reocew thinks "i guess im here."

Roku walks through the front door and looks around.He was extremly nervous that he would be the only black vampire here and noone would accept him.He looked at all the other vampires,his blood red eyes scanning the face of all the vampires here.All i can do now is wait...he thought to himself.

"Such a gentle way for a vampire to repond" Reocew said with a grin on his face. "i am Reocew, Reocew Dighal." Reocew bowed his head slightly."how very pleasant it is to meet you....Roku. i assume your here because of a most inviting letter. I to just arrived and am curious of the behavior of these vampires." Reocews eyes danced around the room at the other vampires.
