Lucinda soon finished her breakfast. Then she waited politely for Renatus to do the same.

Rentaus ate the last bite of his croissant, and sipped down the last of his tea. After exhaling loudly, he put the cost of the money down on the table and stood up. "Well, shall we?" he said to Lucinda.
