Oh No... Hara~ Chaiki thought as she woke up still at the kitchen table.... she rubbed the sleep from her eyes push herself away from the table and rose to her feet... Oh how she hoped that no one saw her sleeping at the table... she rushed to the bathroom and splashed her face with some cold water.... and walk back into the kitchen... where she found a girl trying to make breakfast or so it seemed...She walked over to the girl and tapped her on the sholder.... Can I help you she asked... and smiled sweetly at the girl. post # 15

This is the okiya?
A petite girl stood at its door, about to knock, but paralyzed by the grandeur of the door.
It's gigantic.
Dark eyes, shaded with violet ever so slightly, gazed at the surrounding buildings.
Maybe not so much. Not here.
The girl fiddled with the end of her long, dark braid, finally throwing in back over a shoulder covered by an undyed cloth robe. The sleeves of the garment were too short, and showed her delicate pale wrist at times like these, when she raised a fist to knock on the door.
What do I say again?
She spoke the words forced on her by her mother to herself. "I am Akazawa Yumeko, the new maid."

"Um, hello." When Yumeko spoke, it was all in a rush. "I'm Akazawa Yumeko, the new maid. Is this the Kazenotanpopo Okiya?" She shifted from one foot to the other, fiddling with her sash.

Yumeko bowed back. "Hello, Sakura-san," she said softly with a faint smile, straightening up from her bow and slipping off her sandals. She then turned to the other geisha, the one who had answered the door. "May I step in, please?" she asked, indicating her shoes on the ground.

Tora smiled at Omny. Her curtsy was wonderful and elegant; however, being Japan, some patron might find it offensive for a geisha not to do it the traditional way. "Omny, that was lovely!" Tora scooted from the table. "I understand you're not from here, so I'll teach you. After all, what is a big sister for?" she winked. "This is a proper Japanese bow." Tora leaned forward with her arms out infront of her. She spread her fingertips gracefully and lightly on the floor. "You should always remember to keep your fingertips lightly on the floor and your elbows gently tucked in." Tora lowered her head just so, so the the back of her neck was strait and revealed. She sat up. "Now, you do what I did." Next, they's work on introduction added to the bow.
