Sergei had different plans then Doctor Avarice. He knew that Edward would take the women no matter what because Avarice wouldn't kill her. So instead he decided to do a little snooping while they had their fight disguised as Doctor Damian Richards carrying a rather large case, but this time he took upon him the scent of a human and openly admitted he was a vampire. Sergei was not asked any questions, in fact people didn't even look at him wearing blue scrubs and a lab coat he took from Doctor Avarice. Sergei walked to Edwards office and without anyone looking picked the lock and went inside. He looked through files until he found the plans to the building and read them over in his office.

Sergei opened his case and inside was the head of Edward's uncle, the alchemist which he had taken as a prize after he was buried. Along with that he had nailed a note into the head which read: Doctor Avarice will have his child, nothing is safe, and nothing will stop me from killing you, not even Kirai. Sergei took the plans which he doubted Edward would notice were gone and spit on the head and walked out the door.

Sergei made it to the bottom of the building and he was stopped by a fairly portly man who told him they needed a doctor. Sergei shook his head and turned into his vampire form. He bit the man and literally sucked him dry. The people around him screamed and Sergei just laughed, they would be gone soon, only the Latvarious name and all of its allies would live on, Sergei would make sure of that.

Aya took a notebook out of her bag and wrote,

Sorry I couldn't wait. Something came up. I will meet you back at the Knot after I'm done.

She ripped the page out of the book and opened up the door to where Thais was sleeping and silently left the note with her things. Aya left the building thereafter.

Edward carried Lily all the way back to the RCS. Coming up to the building Edward seen the dead man. "This isn't good." Edward sat her down. "Lily, I think Sergei Latvarious was here." He entered the building ready for a fight.

Edward made his way to his office where he found the head of his uncle. "Damn him." he said quietly. "Damn Latvarious to hell." Edward Read the note. "We will see about that Sergei." Edward put the Head in a box and had an underling return it to the grave site. "He is gone Lily. Everything is alright."

Lilys stomach gave a lerch when she saw the head. "What did the note say?" She asked timidly.

He handed her the note which read: Doctor Avarice will have his child, nothing is safe, and nothing will stop me from killing you, not even Kirai.
"Pay no attention to it. I 'will' protect you and my child." he walked over to Lily and hugged her. "I am so sorry."

Thais woke up from a nightmare. She went over to her bags to get her guitar it always made her feel better.
She read over the note that Aya had left her and then sat it down on the nightstand.
She began to play a couple of notes. It was only a couple of hours until morning would come she knew.

Banshee had followed them over, and remained in the shadows, watching Sergie. She grinned, the same height and build... and the skin tone on the hand is the same, thats him.
