Alli looked around. 'Empty theater... weird...' she thought.

Out of the corner of his eye Abi saw Alli moved, so he glanced over at her. He found her looking around so he looked too. The theater was empty, something Abi hadn't noticed before now, which is unusual, most of the time someone would notice immediately if there wasn't a crowd somewhere there was suppose to be one. He nudged Alli with his shoulder to get her attention. "Why is it-?" Abi made a motion to the empty seats, that was all he needed to do for her to understand. Of course now the movie was getting to the part where real life kicked in, don't you just love upside down sewer systems?

"Don't know..." She looked around. Something glinted in the corner. "Um... is there supposed to be something shiny over there?"
The shiny disappeared, and Abi soon had a knife to his neck.
"DAD!" Alli shrieked.

"Eek!" Abi shrieked, and sat even further into his seat. Crazy drunk fathers, what a day. Abi looked over at Alli and gave a nervous chuckle, one that probably sounded like a strained whimper. Abi was quite pathetic. "Uhh, Mr. uh...Sir? Would you mind not holding a knife to my throat?" He asked, and started to chew on his bottom lip again.

Alli held out her hands. "Dad... give me the knife."
He hissed, slashed her palms and ran off.
She shrieked, and held her hands together, biting her lip hard.

"Alli!" Abi cried, "Are you alright? Alli?" He asked worry pouring out of him, it's not everyday that his girlfriend gets slashed by their madman of a father. He put a hand on her back and asked to see her hands, "Come on, let me see them."

Alli held out her shaking hands. The cuts weren't to the bone, but were deep, and more severe on her left hand. Tears pored from her eyes, and she shook all over.

"Oh crap. Ok, keep pressure on them." Abi said, his heart was pounding and he was hoping Alli wouldn't pass out from seeing blood again. That had a good and a bad side to it, but it was better to not have that happen. Abi whipped out his cell phone, dismissed the missed messages from his parents and called 911. While waiting for it to connect he stood up and gestured for Alli to do the same, "Come on, we have to find a first add kit or something. There has to be something like that around here for emergency's."

Alli gulped, and pressed her hands together. She leaned partially against Abi as she stood up, and walked slowly towards the exit. "W-we should tell the movie theater people."
The loud sound of sirens drifted in and Alli stopped.

"Yeah, we're going to." Abi felt Alli stop moving beside him. "Alli? Come on, don't stop." Abi urged, he put an arm around her back to help move her forward.

Alli's dad was in the lobby, being arrested. A couple of people lay injured around the theater entrance. Alli gulped.
"W-what happened?" She asked quietly.
The officer shook his head. "Attempted murder apparently. Someone in the back row of the 5:00 showing of Enchanted called us and said some guy had a knife to the throat of a young boy and cut the palm of a young girl..." He eyed Abi, then looked at Alli's hands.

Abi let his phone drop, no use calling anyone if they were already here. "We...but, we...Ah! Nevermind, you're here now. Please, help Alli, it's her palms that were slashed." Abi said.

The policeman nodded. Alli's dad looked at Alli.
"C'mon sweetie, tell them I didn't do it." He said to her.
"Daddy..."Alli sighed. "No."
The policeman shook his head, mumbling about what the world had come to.

"Come on Alli, lets get your hands all wrapped up." Abi said and turned to grab a medic that was near. He was purposely avoiding looking at Alli's father.

Alli nodded. The medic looked at her hands. "The ambulance is out front. Come with me." He jerked his head at the doors.
