because the majority of them are all about what's new. They have no respect for the classics, not even ones they themselves have played.

To think that kids these days have never played Pacman, or Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, or even a single Street Fighter.

Not only that but some kids would like to think of those games as a joke. The very last issue of EGM that I ever read (after this I realized EGM sucked) the only good article this one about this group of kids playing classic games. According to them; Donkey Kong needs more power ups, and Pac-Man is garbage.
