kouri-chan_xx hedpefan kouri-chan_xx @hepdefan, Lord Titus & anyone else interested in Oto Another thing I feel you both could possibly do is become twin Kages of Otogakure. If you really don't want to leave Otogakure you could do that. Or even have a little council characters ruling Otogakure for the time being (plot-explained) after Ghost's Kage character disappears or whatever. The problem is: 1) Are you willing to create missions or at least make RP as interesting for yourself as it was for you before? 2) Are you willing to do grunt work like exp grading (I suspect you may already be doing this), accepting profiles, etc? Manning the academy might also count. 3) If you are to be Kages you need to be aware of the plot on a grand scale and make suggestions for Oto. A sort of awareness of the rest of the villages and their general plotline so to speak. Most of this planning actually doesn't occur in the Crew subforum so you'd need to send PMs to the relevant people and share information among each other. Since you are actually in Oto I figure you guys are the best equipped to decide what you want. What do you mean by twin Kages? I mean two (or more) people working in conjunction to be Kage. Just a note that the offer of Kage-ship is extended not just to Lord Titus and hepde but also to anyone else who feels they're capable.
Aite here is what I recommend to be done:
1) Get one of you or somebody in Oto to make the new academy instructor. Or make one of your existing characters the academy instructor.
2) Make your own copies of the announcement, etc. threads that you foresee you might need to have easy editing access to. Get a Crew member to move the old versions of those threads to the Archive.
3) Figure out a way to explain in-story Ghost's characters' disappearance. This will become guild canon. If you are to lead missions and what not you may also need an NPC of appropriate rank to order characters around and conduct state affairs, blah blah blah. Jounin should do it. Brainstorm ways to bring Oto's plot further both using Ghost's ideas and maybe also your own. Figure out Oto's 'direction'. I know Ghost had his, but it's your choice on whether to continue it. (I'm not very familiar with his plans for the Otobe clan...) Anything is fair game but know the consequences of messing with other villages xd If anything will affect any other village please PM their leader to update them and work things out :3 I'm not saying a war or increased tensions can't happen XD
4) PM Proto because she recently told me about Oto having a role in the guild plot due to Konoha's future actions so you might want to know a bit of that. Also it's now guild canon that some of Konoha's population escaped/were evacuated to Oto (etc.) because of its current daimyo situation but Konoha is not happy with this so just PM her to know the full details.
If you have any questions about anything in the system or anything that might happen or need to happen just PM one of the Crew. The same goes if you need anything to be moved to the archive or edited and so on.
Don't forget to brush up on the exp rewarding guidelines in the Training and Levels thread in the Game System Forum smile

Alright Peeps.... Seeing as Ghost is leaving *tears* (It has been SOOOOO much fun rping with you, I can not wait for your return!) and Oto will have some step up to fill in the role, I suppose I can offer my help with running the village if it is needed. I've been here for.... a year or three? (I can't remember xP) Plus, I love to help out and I don't want to let others down ^^ I can talk with Proto about future plot with Konoha and what Ghost had in mind.The Ghost of Xmas Awesome
As for the academy, Titus can be in charge seeing as he is excited to do so, so I will leave that to you. Meebo or chat anything to me if you have anything. I'm almost always on.
I don't want to be the kage, since I'm still in the process of learning things (almost every day I learn something new wink ) but I can agree with a council. We did so in Kiri for a while and it can have it's own future set of plotlines further down the line. Then the responsibility can spread out and not seem like such a hassle. We can tear hair out together, haha ^^.
As for my character... Well I have put a lot of time into her and would like to keep working my way up with her, but alas, being the only genin is not heard of, so I will probably have to rank her up to chunin or such, which is no big deal for me ^^.How would I go about doing this with all her training and stuff she's already learned? She has a quite a bit of jutsu and points that she has done with training, so I don't want to start from scratch, unless I absolutely have to.

You don't have to up-rank her, since she can still go on missions and lead students in missions and help with academy teaching and stuff, but if you absolutely must because she's going to, for example, lead the ANBU squad or something you can go at that level. I'm not really seeing many reasons to up-rank her though unless you also plan to elevate this character's importance and make her a Council member or something XD Being the only genin isn't that weird XD

I had no plans to raise her up yet into anything important. There was one plan that I had in mind with her........... but not sure if that'll happen. Make one person a teacher. (Titus)
Make one person a plot manager. (Whoever has the best plot idea)
Make somebody the official correspondent. (I would say Ex ... as he is the most senior/neutral)
And just close up the plot holes left in Ghost's current plot and start up your own plot.

Well, technically anyone can do the grading, granted you've been here a while and know how it works. Usually the Kage will make sure everything is fair, though you can't grade your own. Since none of us are crew, we'll (re)create the topics so we can edit it when necessary. So I think having a council will help spread the load, as well as offer more ideas to collaborate plot ideas and such. It'll be.... interesting mrgreen

So to make this easier on everyone, could anybody who is on a mission fill out this form? [b]Username:[/b]

[b]If you had to guess, what percentage of the mission would you say is complete?:[/b] With this, we can resolve the current plots holes and simply say that the circus people were eliminated. That is, unless somebody has a character sheet for each of them and whatnot. Otherwise, we can work on Sage's or Hedpefan's plots. Since we are doing the council thing OOC, does anyone have any problems with keeping the Otobe in power ICly?
