Hell, i think Kuza should have bled to death on the way to Konoha, but that's just me. The level of meta gaming it would take for you to do that is ridiculous. What part and how so? Chasing her down if she went to Iwa. It's like that bit in the chuunin test where the Hyuuga goes straight to the library to find the Uchiha. Obviously I was addressing that I would fight her and kill her if it was plausible within a non meta-gamed situation. ie. The village will be on higher alert for infiltration because of this latest incident, and if someone made it in and somehow the village was alerted.. well.. you don't send Genin after those kinds of people, maybe not even Chuunin, definitely Jounin. Please don't insult me by suggesting I would meta-game.
