@Momakage: This system seems like it took quite some time to make.
@Baylu: There should be a skill, for Drunken Boxing. If your character has like a 100 in Drunken Boxing and is inebriated...
Your character would become, essentially, impossible to hit. XD

Her character doesn't need anymore power! You're beating all the other academy students in everything and pissing them off you little twit!
There is a drunken boxing jutsu listed, but Kenkaru hasn't made any specials for it. Like increasing dodge... Oh heck yes this system took work. I don't do much of the making, but I do a hell of a lot of the organizing of jutsus and kekkei genkais. Those are my area.

Edit: Yea. There's a clan in Kusagakure who are specifically born to weild blades.

@Momakage: I see. Because see, another part of his back story is his family are descendants of samurai from an earlier age, so I'm figuring out the best skill sets and what not for a swordsman character.
