"If her name was Katherine, then yes. She came through here. Told me I was in danger. Then left." Gabriel figured that there was nothing more he needed in terms of information. She said nothing else as she stood and put the pipe on the table before grabbing a book to read.

Paradox shook his head. "Everybody is in danger these days. Good luck with your predictament." Paradox told her as he ran through the cave to find who he was searching for. The general had heard the outcome of the battle, and didn't know where Alaster was at the moment. He had a duty to attend to. He left the cave in search of the queen.

Sitting down on her bed, she whispered Kaleb's name as Paradox ran out of the cave. The name echoed off the walls. The vampiress lay down and began to read, trying to get her mind off her lost lover.

Serenity thought of trying to find this Sekain person but her attention on that didn't last long enough. "Well let's go then." she said as she turned to walk toward the temple that Katherine had spoken of.

The general ran swiftly and silently through the forest, not especting much, but he had found Katherine's tracks. They seemed to be trailing back the way he had gone to find the temple during the tremors. His aura followed him like a dark cloud, disrupting flows of power all around him. Suddenly, Paradox saw his liege. He was joyed, if he could ever be called that in his stone demeaner right now. She was being escorted, and not by someone Paradox knew. The general stopped, pulled out his bow, and loaded it in less than a second. It's point led straight into the escort's heart, if he let the tension slide. "Stop!" Paradox called out, ready to release the arrow.

Katherine turned right before he loaded the bow to see him she smiled at once though and headed towards him. "Paradox! You made it out!" SHe spoke happily not seeming to notice the bow in a strange way she was way to happy

Abel looked at the man and crossed his arms. "A bow? That's the best you can do?" he asked the man. He didn't seem to be afraid of the arrow at all, neither did Serenity.

The general kept the bow trained on Katherine's escort. "Of course I made it out. I wouldn't be here, if I didn't." The general replied irratated. The aura was still emanating from him. "What are you doing with these people, Katherine?" Paradox asked.

The general completely ignored the man. A bow was dangerous enough.

She seemed to notice it then. Notice the situation for what it was. "No they, well Alastor came and Sekain got be out through a tunnel and when i came out i had no clue where i was going and these nice people were showing me how i could get back to the temple to meet up with everyone."

Paradox still didn't move. "They left. The temple is as dead as it use to be." The general replied, bow still taught with tension. He had it aimed at Serenity, and didn't seem to care about Abel. "They might as well leave, now." the seven foot general said, threatingly. The strange aura still swirled around the black cloaked figure.

"Paradox its okay they were just trying to help me." She spoke in a calm voice fully believeing all of that. "Did anyone else get out? Matachi or Sekain?" THat time her tone was worried.

Serenity's silver eyes stared at the cloaked man. She had that same soft smile on her face and didn't care about the arrow that was aimed at her. She was currently finding out a bit more of this cloaked man.

The general shook his head. "Maybe trying to help getting you killed. Serenity is not a person I would put trust in." Paradox told her. He seemed somehow off. The general loosed an arrow at Serenity, aiming for just left of her eye. "Everyone's fine. Alastor was beaten, but managed to escape." Paradox replied to the question. The arrow whipped past Serenity and ripped through a tree behind her, and another behind that, before finally burying itself into a tree for good. The first tree creaked and fell away from the group landing omniously against the ground. "Your right, it's not the best I can do." Paradox said, awnsering Abel's earlier question.
