I mean what is to stop them from that, they have no Hidden Village. Sure? It'd be incorrect though, and you wouldn't have S ranked chakra. Hah, anywhere. Luckily, NUR only has a few psychopaths ( Kleine, Rini, and Emma's 2nd RPC), so I suppose you're mostly safe from harm. xD Not many people in this guild would hunt a ten year old girl. We should make the Psychopaths United and just wreak havoc when we want to.

I think I remember her posting -- when she first found out -- that she sent a message to all Akatsuki members through the ring, but I might be wrong. *shrugs* @Dandii: YES! That would be epic! We'd probably always be bickering but not actually FIGHTING and taking out our frustration, instead, on random innocent bystanders. LOLOL!
