"We can takle the ship back with the Oracle. Or I...can take us home. If you like." Well, to be honest, he wasn't sure if he could do it. But lack of confidence didn't get you anywhere, did it?

"You can do as you wish, Onx. We will not restrain you on the matter."

"The manor is a place for the poeple. Anyone can come into the common areas." She smiled pleasantly.

"Then I'll meet you there."

A small smile, more directed to Aella than anyone else, and he took to the air. Bad weather flying was always fun, dodging lightning bolts and goign through the thunderclouds..if there were thunderclouds, that is..before making his way to honoursfield, first landing was at Moonstone's clinic. after all, had to let the twin know he was not a jailbird.

The weather was a nusance, and the guests remained for a short while there after. Each being given a rather interesting magical trip to return to their homes. Spheres of energy were used to protect the nobles from the rain, and the nobles could see the king riding around on his lizard, making sure that the common folk were safe were they were. Many were being evacuated from thelower city, and given temporary reprieve on the high grounds. The Temple of Laviathan filled with sailors and merchants, as the Earth Temple (which has been more lively as of late) filled with many of the common folk.

Akbarizad (cuddling a stack of papers to keep them dry) welcomed some of the townsfolk into his new palace, a token of appreaciation to the prestiege he has landed in this city.

On the seas, many of the smaller ships were ruined, but the vessels built for this kind of weather, sailed about unhampered. They fished out many a doomed fisherman, and worked their way about honestly.

Zhap Brandygan hid under a bed in the barracks the whole time.

Vierna appeared once or twice about the city, flashing from place to place, not caring about much at all. She found an abonded hut in the chaos of the streets, and claimed it as her own. On the door posts, she inscribed, two scimitars. Upon the door she carved a single flame. Once inside, she prayed herself clean, and began working the hut into a temple for her dearly beloved.

Somewhere outside the city, the four chromatics looked upon the ruins of a tower Lost twice. They thought that this may provide an ample locations, but decided against it. THey moved farther north, beyond the realms of the dwarves even. Perhaps, one could fly there in half a day, perhaps more. WIth the winds howling, and the seas shaking, they joined handsand evoked a spell which was beyond much of their ancient understanding. Within minutes, a Cathedrial reached into the sky, cut from the stone in the wall. It was an massive construct, perhaps large enough to contain a third of deep water within. In they walked, not to be desterbed or to desturb, unless someone were to approach them.

Trem continued to eat from the buffet, oblivious to the changing world around him.

"Well then you take care of what you want...or do yourself a favor and mark anything that really don't want me to touch...because I am turning this place five ways sideways...dirt from beneath cracks and everything. I figure being a meticulous perfectionist about this will keep me busy for a while...and if it doesn't...well then you can just find something else to entertain me with...or entertain me yourself, now can't you?"

"Oh, it won't take very long." He passed his hand over her eyes, and when she could see again, they were home. He smiled as he approached the doors. "See?"

Moonstone was sitting at his desk, his head on his arms. he was supposed to be reading voer reports, but he couldn't gather enough energy.

Eliot felt like all she had done was blinked and she was back at the Oracl'es house. "Wow! Warren i didn't know you could do that! Amamzing!"
She touched herself on the arm to make sure she was actually there.

"Aren't you a sorry sight. perhaps I should have finished you off and let you do it quick rather then the way your already deteriorating here."

Onyx scoffed lightly, and snorted.

"and at least you coudl have saved some of the alcohol. you reek of it. So who supplied it to ya?"

Onyx, the every incorrigable a** when it came to his twin. after all, it's a balance. Moon was the gentle, lovable one, and onyx the brash, crude one. when moon lacked energy, Onyx had it in abundance.

"Oh I'm sure you'll know what not to touch. and you can always ask if your unsure."

A slight grin to her.

"And I bet I can more than keep you entertained."

"I will not allow this child to be exposed to the elements." Celeste said as her eyes began to grow with an eiree magical light. "Mass-Teleport." She snaped her fingers, and brought the elves to the Oracles manor.

"Why are we here?" Elric asked in abundent confusion.

"Do we have somewhere better to be? Since Cedric over there has taken such a keen interest in a certain co-worker, I thought it would be best if we came back here to smite that relationship." She said after a long breath.

"Integrity's docked in Deep Water." Elric replied.

"You can go back and sink her then." Celeste responded.

"Captain, Lt, please show more restraint." Cedric semi ordered to the older elves. "I have a bad feeling about this region. Perhaps, we should just bored the ship, and leave with the prince?"

"And go where?" Celeste asked, "Where can we go that will not be the same, culturally or physically?"

"That is a loaded question." Cedric replied, "There are some elvish communities west of here, in a place called the Golden Shire, but... They are not our ancestors, and their customs are not the same as ours."

"Thus, since we cannot go to a place to raise him amongst our kin, we shall keep him away from other elves until he is ready to understand them, and not replace us." The she-elf's voice echoed with a strange forlorn tone, as though she were despritely trying to reclaim something lost to her a long time ago.

Elric shrugged. "Human children will grow old and die by the score, he will feel very alone."

"Cedric, how many children were with your generation." She responded with a question.

"One. Me." Cedric said, "And the Prince would have spent a long time alone to, should things have been different." He chuckled.

"One Tarathial in every generation." Elric sighed. "For now, that means one child."

"We could remedy that, Ceddy." Celeste said with a rather uncooth tone, showing that she was prepared to move on with her life.

"That was quick." Cedric mumbled.

"You should know, that we must accept that our one life may contain many shorter lives. Each of those shorter lives is subject to an abrupt end." She responded, quoting one of the few lessons an elf had to learn after birth.

"Celeste the sea captain, is now Celeste the matron." Elric sighed. "Great, my cousin has become our queen." He laughed gently, showing that he was willing to accept the change despite the troubling thoughts of remaining in Deep Water.

"Elric the Archer is going to keep shooting things, so I should stay around until the child is ready to accept that he hath no male inflence." Cedric said in his philosophers tone. "I am going to need a stack of books, at least as tall as this mannor."

"I'll inform the Oracle of our decisions to become her elite-body guard, mage, and scout."

"I'm the scout." Elric and Cedric said in unision. "Ok, you win this round." They continued. The next phrase was not in sync and the meaning lost in the exchange of the words, but some would suggest Elric called Cedric a monkey's uncle, and Cedric said that Elric eats orkish bread. Neither would later admit what they said.

"Oh but love, you know I don't ask about things when I'm in the midst and flurry of them...I do first and then think later now don't I? I guess I could always just make a big 'this I would like to go pile' and you can dig through it in your free time for anything that you want to further your basement collection." A little chuckle to follow that before she settled down against him again and returned his grin. "Oh I know you can." A few more minutes just sitting there in quiet, enjoying on another's company before she sighed lightly and got herself up, holding out a hand to him. "Come on, let's get some reverie. You're going to need a nice long one if you plan to beat me tomorrow when I start turning this place upside down and inside out with my need to keep entertained and be pregnant at the same time."
PostPosted: Fri Sep 22, 2006 12:27 pm

"Yes I know. but I also know you'll think twice about digging into my vault becuase you don't like being down in teh basement area."

Tapping her nose lightly, before she got up, and he took her hand, getting himself up as well and grinning.

"I'm sure I will."

Stretching a bit and rolling his shoulders.

"And I'm sure you can use the rest after your stressful; party experience."

Moosntone looked up from his work, shrugging his shoulders. "Maybe you should have." He smacked his lips, swallowing the taste in the back of his throat. "O'Konner. But we split it."

He sighed, rolled an eye over to the reports he had yet to go over. "What do you want, Onyx?"

Meilikki returned home some time later to find the elves conversing in front of her home. Still in her ball dress, as was Aella in her silks, but she seemed all ready for buisness. "So you all came then?" Said with a pleasent smile. Her icey blue eyes scaned the lot of them, having some difficulty picking out whom was whom. She was still not used to this new vision.

The two gaurds at the entrance, who had been unsure what to do in the sudden presence of the elves, stepped aside when the Oracle opened the doors. "Well, come in then. It won't do to stand uncertain outside your own home."

Upon entering, she was greated by a girl dressed in a tyle maid's outfit. They had chosen the outfits themselves, claimed they were fun to work in, Meilikki didn't argue. "Jane, have the west wing on the third floor opened for the elves, will you?" A look to the group that had followed her in. "I hope that will suit you. There are rooms enough there to do with what you will."

"I never said I was digging in your vaults...I'm leaving those alone. One because I know you'll just brood the moment I start in there and two, I don't want to be knee deep in elven gods know what." There were just some places, you didn't want to poke. "Might wanna reconsider naming your land as well...after all, there's little of a triumverate left..." A little shrug of her own shoulders before a tug on his hand to get him walking up to thier room. Yes, bed sounded quite nice right about now. "Well excuse me for being the one who had to corral the children at the table as you played chit chat, thus earning said stress. But I'm sure you can take care of that for me, right?"

"That will most certainly make our needs most certainly complete." Celeste said in response, "Now, Elric here, and little Ceddy Pooh, are going to be staying with us, but neither of them can sit still longer than it takes a halfling to swing a mug of mead. Thus, they will act as messangers and envoys, should you need to get some where quick."

"Little Ceddy Pooh?" Cedric said with some amazement. "Please refrain from calling me that." He said openly, for all to hear.

"I'll call you whatever I want, My Little Hufflepuff."

"Hufflepuff? Oh, I am most certainly..." He looked at the Oracle and Aella, then shrugged. "Whatever." He agreed.

"I have affairs to see to." Elric bowed, "I shall return presently. Please do not wait for me, for any reason." A very forward approach to dinner invites and all matter of customary gatherings. The Elf wondered off, no more than three paces from the door, did his shoulders seem larger with the pointed ends of arrows and a bow.

"Where did he get those..." Cedric asked openly.

"Pocket charms. We shrank his gear so he could get to it quickly if he really needed to." Celeste answered. She looked at the other women gathered, "Would you like to hold the Baby Prince?" She asked, rather warmly.
