TV Tropes According to Bulbapedia, Haunter's Pokedex entries from the Silver and Soul Silver games say that if a Haunter licks a person, the person starts shaking uncontrollably until death eventually comes. According to the Pokedex entry from the Diamond game, Haunter can pass through any obstacle. And, according to the Pokedex entry from the Crystal game, it hides in the dark, planning to take the life of the next living thing that wanders close by. So basically, Haunter kills you, slowly, just because you're alive. And it can get you, no matter where you are. And these games are intended for children?! More reason why Haunter is so ******** Badass

The entries are the reason I WANTED to catch them all! Otherwise I would have no reason to catch Pokemon like Bidoof or a damn Metapod... other than to name them DERP-A-DERP and PINGAS respectively.
