"They wouldn't answer me. I'm heading over there now, though, with Kawi and Yugi. Do you want to come?" Atem asked, going over to Ember. She didn't look so well.

"Ok" Ember said. She went and grabed her jacket and sliped on her shoes.

"So are you feeling all right?" Atem asked, holding out his hand as they prepared to leave. "If you'd rather stay home, I can just tell you what happened."

Atem looked doubtful, but nodded his head and helped Ember to Yugi's apartment. He knocked on the door and Yugi answered right away. "Took you long enough." Yugi, who was burning to know what was going on with the two newlyweds, was practically hopping with excitement. He turned to look at Kawi. "Kawi, you ready?"

Yugi couldn't help but laugh a little as well, and went outside to join the others. Sparing the writers of dull talking and walking along the way, let's just say that they arrived at the mansion in about fifteen minutes, where Atem stepped forward, ringing the bell. Khalid groaned when he heard this. He and Ryou had been sitting in the living room, talking, when their guests arrived. "You stay here. I'll see what they want." He grumbled, and Ryou merely blinked at him in response. He went to the front door, opening it a crack. "Yeah?" He asked, scowling when he saw Atem. "I thought I told you to leave already."

Kawi looked to khalid "You cant expect me to keep him overnight with nothing. I need to grab some of his things." Kai cooed "Lid lid!"

Khalid hesitated, his eyes narrowed, and then pushed the door open more. "Whatever. You know where all his stuff is." He said, moving out of the way to let them in, though he didn't really want to. Ryou had gotten up from the couch and turned to greet them, nodding his head slightly. Atem walked inside, clearing his throat slightly. "Okay. Now. Let's talk about why most of us are actually here for." He said, once the others were in. "I believe I speak for everyone when I say... WHY?! What the <******** are you two thinking of?" Khalid looked towards Atem coldly, arching an eyebrow. "I don't have any idea what you're talking about, Atem. Please use your indoor voice, though." He said sweetly, going over to Ryou, standing next to his new husband. "Oh, wait, you mean the whole marriage thing? Yeah, that doesn't concern you. But trust me when I say that it was completely consensual and has nothing to do with Ryou and my actual relationship. It's more for... well, it's just about other reasons."

After packing a diper back,a few toys she headed into the kicthen to grab a bottle for when he went to bag.She came out with the bag over her shoulder. She held kai in her arms.

Atem and Khalid bickered for a little longer, but no answers were to be given by the violet one. Ryou didn't speak up at all. Finally, Atem got fed up with the both of them. "Fine." He growled, glaring. "I guess you don't want us to interrupt your honeymoon, huh?" This only brought equally blank, emotionless stares from the two. Trying to drag something out of Ryou, Atem said, almost pleadingly, "Come on, Ryou, why are you doing this? You were engaged to Kira for over a year and never married her! Why are you doing this with him?" Ryou's hands flew to his face, covering his mouth, as though just hearing her name was some terrible crime. Atem knew he might have hit a little too low, but didn't really get a chance to apologize, because Khalid stepped forward. "You've gotten what you needed from here. I suggest you leave now." He said coldly, glancing towards Kawi, seeing her come back.

Ember just shook her head.
Kai looked up hearing his mothers name then looked to ryou "DaDa play dada play!" kai said.

Khalid turned and gave Ryou a nudge-- more of a push-- towards the hallway, speaking to him in a low tone. Ryou left, not even looking at his son, and Khalid turned slowly back towards the others. "Are you going to leave or not?" He hissed, his eyes now violet slits. "Atem, you are not going to get any answers from me. Just consider this to be one of those weird things Khalid does and forget about it. Okay? Okay. Now go." Atem hesitated, returning the glare. Ryou hadn't spoken up, but he didn't look scared or hurt or anything. He had to guess that Khalid was telling the truth when he said that it was completely consensual. "Fine. But if I find out that this is some sick thing you're doing..." Atem grumbled, turning towards the door and leaving before he could actually finish his own sentence. Khalid glared at the others, as though daring them to say something.

Kai started to cry when his father left and kawi rocked him "there there its ok kai i'll play with you when we get home..." Kai started to cry louder having a todler moment "daaaaddddaaaaaa!" Ember headed out the door and kawi followed holding thecrying child.

Yugi followed after the others, glancing over his shoulder to see Khalid already hurrying off to check on Ryou. He sighed and jogged slightly to catch up with Kawi. "Hope he calms down at home..." He muttered, rubbing Kai's back. Atem stormed along the sidewalk, his hands jammed in his pockets. He didn't like Khalid. He felt bad for making Ryou feel bad. He felt like he was supposed to be doing something to help, but didn't know what. Khalid found Ryou crying in the bathroom, and knelt down, wrapping his arms around his husband. "Shh... It's okay, Ryou. You know that Atem just gets pissy every now and then. He didn't mean it. You didn't make a bad choice."
