" That's understandable... co'mon I'll walk you back to your dorm and you can shower in there... You just landed in the middle of the 80's dance.."
Cassie looked at Chris and Jen.
" Tell Wally I'll be back... and maybe after Guy has a shower he can share some more of his story of what's been going on."

*He fell into step beside Cassie.*
So, what HAS been going on? I mean, I thought you and Powell . . . I mean. Umm. Nevermind. Probably not a story for my ears.

Walks with Guy towards the dorms...
" No... it's okay. Chris and I broke up and since then I've been seeing Wally and Chris has been seeing Jen. There's something about Jen I don't like but I just can't put my finger on it. Anyways it's good to have you back... you've been missed."
They got to the boys dorms and went to Guy's room.
" Oh since you're here I was wondering... you've like traveled in space and all of that. What do you know about jedis?"

Jen got a vigorous hand shake and watch the two go. It was clear Guy was confused with the current state of the relationships.
"Hey, has Guy been gone for a long time then?" Jen asked.
She finished off her dessert and listened to the beat of the music.
"We're going to need to dance again soon. I need to work this off."

*Chris watched Jen eat Jello with a slight smile on his face. He liked dating a girl who didn't pretend to peck at food.*
By the way, I told off that She Hulk. She shouldn't be harassing you. Now don't be mad! I was trying to help. I could tell you had some issue with her when I brought her name up the other day. I figured she was harassing you...welll...she's a Hulk.

" Oh... okay... i just thought I would ask since we've been having a few problems with them lately... and I think your mean Star Wars. Anyways... I'm going to go back to my dorm and then the dance. It's great to know you're alright."
Cassie smiled and waved... When she got to her dorm she realized her Diana look alike costume was ruined. Oh well ... time to wear the red dress she had intended on wearing before. She quickly got changed and went back to the dance hoping that Wally wouldn't be to angry with her for leaving.

Jen smiled but the way Chris worded it made her a little miffed.
"What do you mean 'well she's a hulk?' What's wrong with Hulk's? Are they just bully's to you?" Jen said the smile slowly going off her face as she got madder. "I didn't say I was being harassed by She-Hulk, don't be such an idiot! "
She grimaced and tried to hold back transforming and giving Chris that She-Hulk dance she was wanting to give him.

Cassie walked in the gym and looked around. She was happy that Guy was back but understood if he didn't attend the dance or felt like he needed some rest. Cassie then saw Chris with Jen it slightly irratated her though she knew it shouldn't. She went over to where some of the other cheerleaders and football players were. Trying to ignore the sinking feeling she had that perhaps Wally would never ask her to dance.

*Now everything was wonderfully tense. Fun. In Chris's haste to help(and hopefully impress) Jen, he didn't take into account that she neither wanted nor needed his help. He felt incredibly stupid.*

Jen counted to 10. It wasn't worth her Hulking out and swinging him round because he didn't know she was a Hulk too; although the dance idea did seem more like lightening the mood.
"Well, the most you can do is take a girl up for another dance!" Jen said. "I've still to see you pull off some MJ moves."

Wonderfully tense?! Oh HELL no!
Pam blushed crimson red after Loki had said what he did into her ear. She started feeling things she didn't know she was capable of feeling. Aside from the smidget of friendship she had for her friends, she usually didn't care about people, only plants, let alone have feelings that were stronger.
The DJ switched tracks and started playing Guns & Roses' "Welcome to the Jungle." "C'mon Loki," she said grinning as the song came on. It was perfect. Pam dragged Loki onto the dance floor and wrapped her arms high around his neck. Then she began moving her feet and rolling her hips sensually to the music, especially during the "serpentine" lyric, all the while grinning at Loki as she danced and biting her lower lip in a very tongue-in-cheek fashion.

She pointed off onto the dance floor to see an endearing, albeit amusing, sight. Patroclus finally had Achilles on the dance floor and engaged him in a slow dance to this holiday song. Patroclus had one hand on his man's shoulder and the other in his hand, and Achilles had his free arm around his waist. Pat looked completely at ease but Achilles anything but as Patroclus guided him through some steps to the dance.
Pat cringed and Helena giggled, "Oops. There went a toe."
