So do I just basically train my character according to the rules and then update my own profile when I've completed the training? and when it says I need a certain amount of "posts" for training, how long must said posts be?

Well the guide is alot of new people, but all the members that can train others are all busy, or few are helping. I just kinda lost alot of ambition to post, like you have. It will hopefully change soon.
