Nope, that's a Ringo drawing of Wally. This was a new variation on the Flash costume, and it'd be nice to see Bart in that rather then Wally's old duds...

I wonder why they've pretty much ditched that design. It'd at least help this "Bart IS the Speed Force" crap be a bit more visually believable if he had lightning spurting out of him.

Clark~Kent I'm confused, I thought it was a copy/clone of Barry's costume? Yeah, its' all FUBARed, because Barry's costume shouldn't have the "V" shaped belt on it.

hey, i forgot that bart had that adult kid flash suit from the titans of tomorrow storyline. i liked that one, it reminded me of myself... except for those funky wing boots that is. talk2hand
