Null. You give people THREE warnings. Not one. And then Ban. You suspend. The worst thing you do is Ban. That is when people do REALLY bad stuff, back mouth all the time, swear at people, write illiteratly, and just a huge annoyance.
I'm sure I've done this longer than you have. I've run sites OFF gaia for roleplaying, and I was top mod at all time. You don't know the first thing about being Vice Captain. And I don't know why you got it in the first place.

That is the ONLY reason I can think of why you got this, unless you seduced Sommoner is some disguisting way.

Oh, by the way, here's your first official warning. The reason why I warn and then ban, is because I try not to put official anything on until necessary. normally I'd just tell you to calm down, remind you of the rules, etc. So far you have Flamed me, Trolled, AND then questioned the integrity of our Capitan, and myself, as well as question our adherence to the ToS. Don't piss me off, I'm a big man with a Gun, and you don't have the best history with me. I hope I don't have to have this talk with you again.

See. I've got a hell of a lot more friends on this guild than you. Many people don't see WHY you became Vice Captain. Since Pheephee came back, I think he should be Captain, and Summoner back down to VC, or even someone else, because. She's not active. Period.

Oh- And so people know what happened in our convos on MSN, he ate my 'v****a parts' had 'sex with his girlfriend for six hours' 'had sex with her while talking to me' and loads of other s**t.

Decide if you want this in our guild as the next Captain. I don't. alright, where to start picking that apart.
1. MSN Dose not equal Gaia, what I choose to do in my own time, off of the guild, is of little to no consequence as to what I do IN guild so long as the two do not start to mix, thus far, they haven't.
2. My friends only getting in Mod-ships. Well lets look at the current Mods. Theres Pho, Summoner, Jessie, Sharpii3, Me, Sage, Winter. When Summoner made me VC she said she was lacking with mods, and with Pho gone her, Sharpii3, and Jessie couldn't handle it on their own, now knowing that Sage is a level person, who also runs his own guild, I said that he would be a good idea. If YOU were a level person who ran her own guild I would have recommended you. Sage's promotion had nothing to do with our friendship, and everything to do with his credentials. If I had a better knowledge of Trac at the time, sure, I would have recommended him. As for winter, I honestly have nothing to do with that, though her number of stars, literacy and her activity might. Just saying.
3. Threaten to Kill you with a Gun? Unless the phrase 'I'm going to come kill your a** with a gun' has popped up in any serious context, It really doesn't matter.
4. Oh, you can be banned, With this little display the fact stands, rules are rules. You have decided to flame me not because of my standings, but because I have chosen not to associate with you in anything but a completely formal manner, because of YOUR OWN STUPIDITY. But that's in the past, I had moved on. It had come down to me simply not putting up with you more than absolutely necessary. You have flamed a mod repeatedly, you have gone out of your way to tarnish the reputation of a fellow guild member, and you have trolled.
Under the Gaia ToS, Here are your to date violations, a link will be provided at the end so you can double check for yourself.
a. "stalk", harass, threaten, or defraud other Gaia Members
b. send, post, or make available pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate messages to other Gaia Members
j. intentionally interfere with the operation of Gaia Online or any Member's enjoyment of it, or intentionally post inflammatory statements to get responses ("Trolling")
