"I wouldn't yank his chain." Jen laughed. The idea of having Bruce freak out in the middle of the dance and pummel Chris was not really a good idea. She heard the jocks enter and say something stupid.
"Who's that Jerk?" Jen said, Jerk with a capital J. She made a mental note of that guy, he was going to get a surprise attack from She-Hulk one of these days.
"Honestly, you know what they say..." Jen said in a loud voice. "If you're in love with someone but don't want them to know you treat them extra mean."

Karen was thrilling it up on the dance floor momentarily forgetting to look for Achilles. It's what Thriller does to people. Crazy, scary, good ol' fashioned, clean fun.

Cassandra Sandsmark " Oh... I love this song..Wally I'll be right back."Cassie runs out the gym to find Achilles and Patroclus. " Hey guys... why are you just hanging out over here? You're missing all the fun." "Pat" turned around to his "sister in law" and jetted a thumb at Achilles who looked positively miserable. "I can not get him to come into the gym and join your festivities, even though he promised. I think he is afraid to dance..." Achilles barked, "I am NOT afraid of anything! I have faced down demons and gods and the mightiest soldiers in history! Why would I be afraid to..to..." "Dance?" Patroclus finished, prompting Achilles to clasp his arms around himself and shudder, staring at the gym door as if it were the most horrid thing to encounter on the planet. He murmured, "I feel like a fool..."

*The football players guffawed and Donnie went red, yanking Kori away and practically dragging her to their table. Chris chased him off with a parting shot.*
I LIKE MY DATES MORE FEMININE AND TO HAVE AT LEAST A LICK OF INTELLIGENCE! Heh...seriously though, be careful of that Jerk. That's Donnie Blake, aka Thor. He's one of the most powerful students here. When the teachers went nuts from a demonic infection, he was one the ones that could stand against the Hulk and Wonder Woman.

"Really? Someone was strong enough to take on the Hulk and Wonder Woman?" Jen changed her mental note to just giving him a good tongue thrashing instead. She let go of Chris's hands since Thriller wasn't one to be dancing side by side with.
She made a small attempt at doing the dance but ended up just looking like a random zombie.
She heard in the back of the hall the loud voice of Achilles. 'Oh good he has come.'

So, what now? We could hit Dazzler up for a song or check out the munchables.
*Chris glanced towards the sound of Achilles bellowing fro the hall.*
Pat should threaten to kick him RIGHT IN THE BOJANGLES to get hi out here.
*Chris offered Wally a small wave that said "I am no longer pissed at you but I still am irritated."*

Cassie tried very very very hard to hold back her laughter. But she couldn't help but to laugh a little.
" Achilles.... look in there. MOST of the students have no idea how to dance... The only exception would probably be Dani."
Cassie grabbed Achilles' hand.
" The point is just to relax and have fun. Now co'mon we're missing Thriller and if you WON'T dance with Patroclus then you WILL dance with me."
It was more an order then a request as Cassie dragged Achilles into the gym.

"Let's grab some munchies!" Jen said. "I don't want to see Banner trying to dance any more."
Plus Jen was really curious at seeing what all the commotion was with Achilles. She was tempted to just make an excuse and let She-Hulk make her appearance.
"I skipped dinner again so I am really starved." Jen grabbed her stomach and hoped it wouldn't make any weird noises again.

And that was pretty much how the big man on campus made his (reluctant) entrance to the biggest social event of the season at school, dragged by the arm by his little sister, and pushed from behind by his boyfriend! "Will you two stop! I SAID I did not want to..." He frowned at Cassandra... "I forgot you had such a grip! Blast father and his gifts! Why can you not understand... it should be my choice if..." His eyes lit up as he zeroed in on the grand banquet table and before they knew it, Cassie and Pat were being dragged across the floor and toward the food! rofl

*Chris heard a thundering herd of buffalo racing towards him. Turning, he saw Achilles stomping towards the table. Worse than any herd of buffalo!*
JEN! HURRY AND GET YOUR FOOD BEFORE THAT GREEK MAW OF DOOM IS UPON THE NOMS!
*Chris began to hurriedly scoop up food and drink before the maelstrom of oil, muscles, and teeth hit the buffet and caused a natural disaster.*

" You were saying?"
Of course Achilles was to busy stuffing his face to pay any attention to either herself or Patroclus. She sighed and looked at Pat. Then suddenly Safety Dance came on.
" Co'mon Pat let's go"
Cassie took Pat on to the dance floor, really it was just fun to dance and since it wasn't a slow dance she didn't care who she was dancing with.
"We can dance if we want to. We can leave your friends behind. 'Cause you friends don't dance and if they don't dance. Well they're no friends of mine."

heart heart Jen was slightly distracted by the muscle hunk that approached but listened to Chris and grabbed as much as she could.
"Let's take this all to our table," Jen said as she piled up the food. I have got to make an excuse soon, but wow, food first.

Pat smiled as he joined in on the dance moves and even pulled a few steps that would be surprising to anyone who knew him. He was having a grand time, whether he was dancing with Achilles or with Cassandra, throwing his hips and pelvis this way and that.
he looked brightly to Cassie and shouted over the music, "I watched a viddy-oh on dancing before we came over! Those Chippendales are fine instructors!"

"Hey Cassie! Hay Pat!"
Dani Bumped hips with Cassie in an act of greeting as the danced.
"Looking good out there! Was that Stampede I saw over by the food table Achilles?"
"Achilles? OMG! I have to talk to him!" Karen poped out of no where although she'd been dancing, the second she heard his name she ran over to him mid stp in her dance move.
"Heh, Karen. Sometimes I think she'll never get over him..." Dani shook her head a little then smiles and kept on dancing.
