Kai cried for a while before calming down and clinging to khalid.
Ember who couldent help the tears rolling down her cheaks. She walked over and stood beside atem.

"Now you have to say bye-bye." Khalid said softly to the boy, taking him back to the coffin. "Can you say bye-bye?" Ryou closed his eyes, and when he opened them next, they were sharper. He looked down emotionlessly at the body in the coffin. "What a waste of supplies. There's nothing wrong with tossing a body in a ditch." The murderer muttered.

Kai sniffled looking down at his mother "bye bye mama..." he said sadly.
hearing this ember resting her head on atems shoulder and started crying.

Atem chose to ignore Bakura and held Ember tight, closing his eyes. Khalid moved away from the coffin, glaring briefly at Bakura, before looking around. "Does anybody else have something they'd like to say?" He asked, realizing he was probably the only one who wasn't crying and was in a good enough position to ask that.

Ember was quiet as she steped foward beside the coffin. She took a cross from her pocket and placed it in kiras hands.

Atem and Yugi had bowed their heads-- they were obviously saying their farewells silently. Bakura had given Ryou control back, and the boy moved besides the coffin as well. He reached up, touching Kira's cheek gently, tears forming in his eyes again. He knew that this was probably going to be the only time he would get to see Kira again, get to touch her. He just wished he didn't have to touch her with the hands that killed her.

Ember moved beside atem wiping away her tears.
Kawi walked up placing a rose in her hand "bye...."

Atem took a hold of Ember's hand, squeezing it briefly. Yugi felt a bit sheepish since he didn't have anything to actually give. Ryou waited until the others had finished before moving forward again. He put a sealed envelope next to Kira-- who knew when he had the time to write something.

Soon when everbody was done the coffin was closed. Two men grabed the sides and started to lower it into the hole.

Khalid had moved next to Ryou, still holding Kai, and being the closest person, he did his best to comfort Ryou. The boy had burst into a fresh wave of tears at seeing Kira being lowered down, and grabbed onto Khalid's arm, burying his face into the violet-haired man's shoulder.

Ryou lifted his head up, wiping away his tears. "I'm sorry, Kai..." He said, not really apologizing for one specific thing.

Kai brought his hand to his mouth before placing it on ryou's head. It was how kira tought him to give kisses "Wuv da wuv uu"
