I don't think woman's monthly's are that funny... It's like people making fun of men for having nocturnal emissions and/or morning wood. It's something you can't really do anything about beside cutting or doing something to yourself that's not really inhumane.

@Taiga: The essence of slapstick comedy is to derive pleasure from someone else's pain. Though it's a bit sadistic, that's usually the case when it comes to these kinds of jokes.

I tease one of my classmates for being Chinese by conforming to stereotypical views of them. He retaliates by punching me either on the shoulder or in the gut.
I think I can endure any amount of pain as long as it brings about giggles. rofl
