The fog was wrapping around, making her unable to see her surroundings. Still Verd could sense someone presense, and could tell someone was nearby as she walks through the mist slowly from tombstone to tombstone.

Demetrius strode once again up to the rustic gates of the eerie graveyard where no one else seemed to willfully tread. This was his place of solitude, his sanctuary. He gently pushed open the rusted metal gates and bits of shrivelled, oxidized copper fell from the grating. There was a long, low whine emitting from the gate as its hinges creaked open. A dense fog encompassed Demetrius as his heavy monolithic stature came down on the grass, creating large impressions. He breathed in deeply, feeling the cool breeze play along the countours of his face and continued to walk through the mist.

He could hear the eternal wailing of the spirits beneath their tombstones. Walking slowly, Demetrius would pause to read some of the more interesting epitettes on his way to the tombstone of the angel he was derived from. He snorted derisively to think of what he was in such a demonic form in comparison to his old self. "Death," he muttered. The demon bared his macabre fangs in a malicious grin as he enjoyed the deepening darkness. Noting a large cloud structure, Demetrius lept up into the night sky to enjoy the hunt.

Siitting alone with her back against a pink tintentd tombstone she watched the wind blow across the grass creating smooth waves.

This place above all others felt calm and peaceful to her. She liked being away from the hustle and bustle the world created around her in other places.

A tingle crawled over her hand. Looking down she found a catapillar making it's way across her fingers. She held her hand up, turning it over and over watching the little creature with a smile.

Closing her eyes, she went to sleep.

The rough gravel of the ancient paths leading the ominous graveyard of the Red Dragon Syndicate crunched beneath Demetrius clawed feet. He could smell the tantalizing aroma of rotting corpses, several feet below the rich, loamy earth of the graveyard. Breathing deeply, he swung open the creaking metal gate and listened as it clanged gently against the rest of the rusting, once-black fence. Before he stepped foot onto the grounds, Demetrius thought he might escape his wonderful sanctuary and its calming mists for one day. Without a word, he prompty turned around, deserting the portentious fog behind him for the comfort of the inn.

Exhausted from her walk, she sat down the nearest tombstone to rest, and get her strength back. Taking a a glance at the ground she saw a few old footprints. She tilted her head a little, closing her eyes, and opened them slowly. Those seems familiar

Senstren

PostPosted: Sun Feb 11, 2007 6:38 pm

Senstren walked through the isles of graves, running his hand over their smooth marble surfaces. He could feel the presense of death everywhere. This was expected, for.....he was in a graveyard..... but he could sense that not everything was buried. There must be a few exhumed graves nearby, or a few corpses on the ground. Senstren found the shear size of the graveyard unnerving. Any Necromancer with evil intent could easily raise a massive army and take over RDS out of their own graveyard. He sighed. Hopefully there were better defenses against that than what he could see.

Out of curiosity, she looked closer, by getting herself up, and walking to it and placing her left foot on it. It fitted prefectly to her foot. She realized she had been walking in circle. She heard voices not too far from her. She felt anxious, and wanted to get out of here as soon as possible, but the problem was she didn't know where to go, and would probably go in circle again, which she was good at doing even without the fog surrounding her. Is this where i will die? she said to herself. Worried she went quietly to the same tombstone and rested some more, this time with her eyes fixed on her surroundings.

Blind Light

PostPosted: Sat Apr 07, 2007 9:46 pm

((Well, I suppose i could have come back a bit sooner than I did... sweatdrop
Continued battle from the cliffs.))

"Flowers would be nice, dear sister. The ones that our father used to like." Reeve smiled a bit as he put his hand to one of his eyes. The power that came from her hands was something that he could see very weel, despite being blind. There was something that was bothering him though... how was it she could do this? An attack that not even her father had mastered she was able to preform without hesitation. The thought of this thrilled him beyond measure. It had been so long since he had actually been in a fight where he might die.

Removing his hand from his eye, he stepped back with one foot and slightly bent the other as he brought his hand by his face. A simple beginign position.

((And now I just have to wait... gonk ))
