"It doesn't help much with Violet, but more with their plans. They need all of them to have their plan work, and curing Liam would make it one less." He smiled as Miu showed her concern. It was no question that she was definately supposed to be an angel, unlike Leila, who probably shouldn't have been a demon and should have been an angel too.

Holly nodded. "I agree with that plan. And if you need to, I can give you some more light magic to counter it if it becomes too strong. I'm certain Miu can as well."
With that, Holly gave Miu a friendly smile and then returned her attention to Liam. "Liam, it's completely up to you to follow through with this plan. But I really hope you do. I'd like a chance to get to know you as you truly are."
Holly's face still held her eternal smile, but her eyes held a small plea for him to take the solution being offered before him.

"Yeah I think I'll be able to help if it becomes to much. Maybe, Liam, if you do choose to follow the plan, you can go back to God and ask to become an angel" Miu said hopefully, turning her attention back to Liam.

Violet cursed as she walked back down the street that she had previously been full of fighting angels and demons. The source of goodness was just an old church, not the specific goodness she needed to destroy. Violet was tempted to destroy the church (and it's inhabitants) anyway, but that would have been the equvilant of a neon sign above her head. What Dream had said earlier was right, she was vastly outnumbered at the moment. Shaking her head in disapointment she took to the sky once more, her bat like wings casting a shadow on the people below.

Liam began to consider Dream's plan, he seemed to be completely sure of himself. But Liam was unsure enough for the both of them; he didn't like even the slightest possibility that this would backfire, but he truly wanted the daarkness to be terminated. Even though the solution wouldn't change much. He had always been this way, damned for eternity, exiled from heaven and wanted in hell. The darkness was merely something that found him at his darkest hour. He would still be spreading death, like a sickness, a plague that unleashed itself when he was angry or depressed. But that didn't keep him from wanting the darkness gone, because at least he could be himself, not a doll to a gelatonous force.
He moved his mouth to speak, but listened to Miu instead. His eyes closed and his brows pulled together, as if he was in pain. "God wouldn't take me back," he whispered, opening his narrowed eyes at her. He didn't mean for it to be that defensive, he knew she was only suggesting to help, she had no idea about his past. His expression softened in a guilty gesture, a silent apology to the angel, before he turned to Dream. He opened his mouth to speak once more, but nothing came out. He finally broke free of the insecurity and spoke to him in a soft, almost sure voice, "If you are positive that your plan will work, I would be entirely greatful of your effort," he said sincerely, bowing his head down in respect to Dream, Miu and Holly's encouragement; Although he hadn't faced Leila, who he was truly greatful towards.

"Why? God is always kind to us and understanding" Miu replied, confused, "You couldn't of done somthing that bad" she whispered.

Holly, sensing that there was something beneath Liam's reply to Miu, placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Miu, it's okay. It's between God and Liam whatever has happened in his past."
She returned her attention to Liam and reassured him. "If Dream believes he can do it, I know he can. And I'll be helping him and you. I know you'll be free soon."

"Let them help you," Leila whispered, leaning over onto her side until she was lying down. It hadn't been long, but it seemed like forever waiting for Haucon to get to her. She squeezed her hands together tightly to stop the bleeding; she could wait until the others were finished with Haucon, seeing as this simple injury would neither kill her nor take a lot of their energy to cure.

Haucon finished his cigarette and looked up again. He couldn't see Leila's silhouette on the roof. Doubt and worry crowded into his mind and he began the ascent of the fire escape again. Once at the top, he used the railing to brace his feet against and climb over onto the roof. He saw Leila lying down a little bit away from the others.
Haucon kept a wary eye on Liam and made his way over to her, crouching down beside her and stroking her hair. "Hey. You ok?" he whispered, grimacing at her hand.

"Haucon..." quietly came from Leila's lips, a sad smile adorning her face. "I'm sorry...and thank you..." She reached up her stained hand to his face and caressed his cheek, leaving small streaks of her life-blood. "I'm better, thanks to you..."

((I'm back from Niagra Falls, it was fun. And now I'm kinda sore, just got 4 Wisdom teeth pulled today, but it's all worth it. Anyway, I heal really fast, so I'm fine. Maybe I've got a bit of Dream's healing power for myself. mrgreen ))
Dream smiled at Liam - not an arrogant or mocking smile, just a smile that says that everything will be alright. "I'm positive I could do it. Especially if Holly's helping me, she's got even more light magic than I do. So..." He took out his Star Rod and charged the tip. "This weapon allows me to absorb darkness and transfer it into myself, where it will perish. It might even take out even more darkness besides your curse. I've done it before." He placed the Star Rod near Liam, an aura of light visible from it. "You are sure you want to do this, right? It won't work as well if you don't want to do it."

((ouch Dream, I had mine out in like May. I only bled for 24 hrs I think.))
"Let me see this." Haucon said quietly ignoring the blood now on his face, taking her hand and looking at the wound. Her hand was cut badly and would probably scar, but the bleeding had slowed down some. "Oh Leila...What happened there?" he asked sighing. "Couldn't you hear me?" he added.

((I never got mine taken out and I'm regretting it since it's only increased the plaque problem a bit ;_; ))
Leila shook her head sadly. "No...I didn't hear you. I couldn't hear anything but the rushing in my ears of my own anger." She closed her eyes as he examined her hand. "I grabbed Liam's scythe...so that I could pull him closer to me..." Her voice tapered off as she recalled her emotions at that time, what she had wanted to do to him...

Liam let out his last unsure sigh, "Yes, please. I'd like to be able to control my own actions for once," he smiled, but it was full of sadness from both recent and past experiences. He watched curiously as Dream handled his rod and set it nex to him. He took a step back, recoiling from the energy it let off.

((Funny, mine stopped bleeding in under 2 hours. More like 1.5. Everyone was really surprised, including myself.))
He smiled. "Don't worry about the light energy. In a minute, that energy is going to be restoring your sanity." With that, he placed the rod directly on Liam's head; the proccess was ready to begin. "Anything else before I begin?"
