AAAAHAHA! Great episode!!! All whited out cause it's before air date.
Written while watching the episode..
Sam: Lemme see your knife.
Dean: What for?
Sam: So I can gouge my eyes out?
Dean: It is a beautiful natural act Sam.

OMG!!! Dean said appletini!!!!! My friend and I are obsessed with that drink cause of scrubs....
Oh Bobby.. you are the king of exposition.. always es'plainin stuff to the boys... and Dean? AAAHAHAH! *singing* "What's in the boooox?" AAAHAHA

Mmmm Ruby and Sam... Loved the slow-mo stuff.... So GREAT! And the low shot of Sam/Dean/Bobby over the dead demon bodies, blue sky....... HAWT!!!!!

Aaargh! I can't believe Kripke wrote that. ><; It had a great concept, but wasn't very good. I liked the couple, but overall dialog was lacking. And I HATED that random woman who came in with her knife. SUE!!!

Sepik Aaargh! I can't believe Kripke wrote that. ><; It had a great concept, but wasn't very good. I liked the couple, but overall dialog was lacking. And I HATED that random woman who came in with her knife. SUE!!! I kind of agree, sadly. :[
I also feel that the Seven Deadly Sins were sort of rushed. That concept could have been stretched between 10+ episodes if they had wanted it to be - instead, their immense and mysterious powers were glorified for a good 40 minutes, and then they were all killed in 5.
Like ... what?
But I am super happy Supernatural's back. Dean was pretty damn cocky in this episode (not to mention the master of guilt-trips, poor Sammy) but he was even more adorable than usual.

Yah.. Dean pissed me off a bit.. but I'm sure he just said one thing once.. and when Sam let it slide.. he kept pushing to see how far he could go.. as for the episode.. I was sad it was only about 38 min long... wtf.. it's still getting shorter... and they put these 2 min recaps in now.... AAAAAAH!!!!

what the heck was up with that girl and the knife!!!??? Poor Sam!! i love Dean to death but he needs chill out! they should of at least made that episode a cliffhanger... jeez! it does seem like they shoved at least 2 episodes together.... love the beginnning though that was hillarous!!!

oh my god the entire episode was the best way ever to start off the new season...this'll proabably be their best season yet i think...and i was totally rolling over Dean and his sarcasm through the whole thing...and Ruby..she is kinda weird, can't wait till they add on to her character!!!!!
lets clear one thing up...that wasn't a RANDOM WOMAN...that was Ruby, one of the new female hunters that they are adding this season, and she collects and sells very powerful hunting items, and that knife was one of the items she has!!!!

Well, Dean's always been kind of reckless and flirty. And since he's only got a year to live, he's taken all of that up a notch and is trying to make the best out of his one year. It wasn't like he was doing all of that on purpose to annoy Sam. Basically, Dean's attitude this season is supposed to be like, "Hey, I only have a year to live. I'm going to do whatever the hell I want." He's not trying to be an a** on purpose. He's just being more so of who he is since he's expecting to die soon.
The episode did seem a bit rushed but I can see that Eric and the rest of the writers were trying to set up the feel for the rest of the season so that fans can get an idea of what to expect from the characters and the situation that they're put in with the hundreds of demons that escaped. And with the Seven Deadly Sins, the writers wanted to show that the demons that Sam and Dean are up against this season are going to be worse than the demons from past seasons. Since there's an all out war now, the episodes are going to become more crazy.
And the girl with the knife was Ruby. She's supposed to be one of two new female hunters that they're introducing this season. She's not some random girl that the writers decided stick in there. There's a storyline behind her and she's connected with the boys.

Me and my cousin were watching and we were like, here we go again, another wonderwoman. They need to stop writing these characters that acts like the female version of the Winchester boys. Oh yeah, and the couple... I didn't believe them whatsoever... But the whole Dean vs. Sam argument made the whole episode worth it... (and the fact that they killed the husband, sorry, new characters overload!!!)

I liked the episode...the whole seven sins...I liked that, but the couple I was upset at a bit. The new female character, I didn't like how they introduced her, really cliche. There's two of them, so how are we going to find out about the other one? Hope not the same way. Dean being all wild just because he has one year to live ins't really my thing, I understand but still there's just something that bothering me about that. I hope teh next one is better. It felt like the season finale...

I HATED THAT GIRL!!!!! She is so stupid looking, and she was like "I'm super cool cause I saved your a**" but she really sort of gave off like. the GI Joes barbie girlfriend affect.
And they totally rushed the & sins! They didn't even comment on what they actually are. They just killed htem all off, easy as pie. And Bobby's like "We haven't seen anything this big before." but then it was like, devil's trap, fancy knife, excorcisim- the end!
And then Ruby kept disappearing. eww. I want her to die very soon.
