SuperFusion10: transparent, meaning the background is black, right? Brigrel Q: -headdesks- no Brigrel Q: delete your psd from premiere, go back into photoshop SuperFusion10: how then? -_- Brigrel Q: when you've got your psd in photoshop, again, select everything you want to be transparent. SuperFusion10: Alright Brigrel Q: When it's all selected, hit backspace. You should get something that looks like a white and grey checkerboard. SuperFusion10: How do I "select" it? Brigrel Q: Oh my god.
SF isn't on Gaia, so don't start chastising me for using his name here. Bwar, I doubt he cares.

TuffGhost I don't really know where I should be saying this, but my name's getting tossed around a lot in your crew type discussions and it's starting to freak me out a little. Yeah, I know I'm not in trouble, but it still makes me nervous as hell for some reason. Is there anyone else you guys could use as an example? neutral That would be uncomfortable.

That's the thing. He is a photoshop type. He uses it to cut out images for overlays in Premiere. He knew how to lasso a character out and put it in Premiere as an overlay, but he doesn't know what transparency is or how to select in Photoshop?
He was making the cut out things black and exporting as jpg, using chroma to make it transparent. Instead of leaving the background transparent, exporting the psd, and placing it on the video track above the previous one, letting Adobe do the work for him. Bwar.
Well. Atleast he wanted to learn the direct way of doing, instead of the roundabout way.

Whether he understood exactly what you were saying or not, the idea still remains that SuperFusion10 seems to be knowledgable in using Photoshop, yet does not understand how to do a simple action such as make an image transparent.

[Q] Yeah, like you understood even half of what I said. xd Lasso - Its a tool on the upper part of the menu. You use it by clicking around an area to select the space inside. He was blacking out the background and exporting as a jpg instead or going transparent and exporting as a gif, psd, or png. Thereby, making more work for himself in the other program. I may not know premier, but give me some credit on the photoshop front, dude.

I just had a panic attack. It arrived in full force at around nine. A little before. EST. God. I hadn't really had one since I originally went on Paxil in 9th grade...

NIMH If you are having a panic attack, most likely your heart will pound and you may feel sweaty, weak, faint, or dizzy. Your hands may tingle or feel numb, and you might feel flushed or chilled. You may have nausea, chest pain or smothering sensations, a sense of unreality, or fear of impending doom or loss of control. You may genuinely believe you're having a heart attack or losing your mind, or on the verge of death. Panic attacks can occur at any time, even during sleep. An attack generally peaks within 10 minutes, but some symptoms may last much longer.
