Well when I access the Dojos of the elements it says Out of Character-Dojos of the elements.
and what is the blocked ink above it?

The reason it does that is because the main forum is the Out of Character forum while the other two are subforums.
The first subforum, ie the long a** named one, is for the sensei's andd shojikis only.
