Not bothering to pay anymore attention to what was going on in the cafe, Sakeme turned and followed after Wrath and Elruda... Hope fully they could leave this village... and soon...

Zephyr grumbled something under his breath, still trapped in the odd dance. “Oh, I like the food just fine.” He muttered somewhat sarcastically, resisting the strong urge to roll his eyes. “But your Ame visitors sure didn’t. But that’s not the point, they took one of our children! Eh? Wait a minute, no! Don’t poke it! Cripes!” Zephyr’s warning came too late. The hammer had opened up, into a five petaled flower. A sweatdrop rolled down the Sannin’s head. He had to figure out a way to unsummon the thing somehow! One of the dancing people in the café directly facing the hammer suddenly screamed. On each of the spiked petals, spiritual, oni-like demons had opened their eyes and maliciously exposed their fangs. A voice filled with malice growled from the weapon. Blood!

Marcus looked at the petels for a moment and sighed. He placed his earphones back around his neck, breaking the genjutsu himself. However, most people would still be stuck in the quicksand the floor had become. He gripped the sannin by the shoulders and pulle dhim out of the sand, turning it back to normal ground.

"Bitchin weapon dude. Is it like touch activated or something?" Of course, marcus had heard the comment about a child being taken and he would get to work on that but from the reaction the man had to the weapon's motions, he figured this was more important. Something interesting in his villiage.

Zephyr wasn't listening...or rather more focused on subduing the thing first, however temporarily, and talk later. The Senju Sannin had panicked, grabbed the hammer promptly by the spikes on two of the petals and was trying to force the thing shut. "No, bad! Go back to normal!!" The hammer seemed to have a mind of its own however, reared, promptly trying to bite his fingers. One of the onis had chomped onto his left hand. The watchers would've sworn Zephyr turned blue for a moment.

"Gah! Unsummon, UNSUMMON!! Hyacia, you witch!!!" Zephyr had pulled a scroll from his pocket with his right hand and slapped the thing on the oni, before unsummoning the weapon. Poof. The hammer disappeared from the cafe and Zephyr slowly sank to the ground. "I wonder who else in the world have to deal with a biting weapon..." He groaned.

A semi-deadened look met Marcus. "I suppose you can say that..." Under his breath, the Senju leader muttered something that distantly sounded like 'Anzu...pureblood...might have better control...' But now that he had somewhat successfully gotten rid of the thing...on to more important matters! Curiously, he had almost instinctively reverted back to his child form Henge. "Lemme take a bite out of them! Those Ame bastards, the nerve to take the Hyuuga princess!" At this moment, without his more reasonable side, Zephyr could've probably cared less that Ame was one of the remaining free villages or not...

Marcus looked to Zephyr for a moment and then walked off. He moved toward the bar, hands in his pocket. He mumbled something to the barkeep who was still somewhat winded from the dancing and making sure that weird weapon didn't get him.

Pretty soon, Marcus came back with a bottle of sake and 2 saucers. He sat next to the old man and placed one at his feet and the other in front of himself. Pouring some sake into the saucers, he took a moment of reflection before gulping it down.

The sake was at least 300 years old so it was good and hard but Marcus didn't even flinch. "Well now, I don't believe Ame would go through all this trouble for one little Hyuuga girl. Sides, how would they have known she was even here? All reports of the Konoha visitors are strictly off records and only the highest level shinobi know. Not to mention, if they were going to take someone, why do it now with those baka, the Master's running around?

No...I think this might be a misunderstanding. Tell ya what, as way of appology for messin with ya hammer, how bout I go get her back? Sound peachy?" he poured another saucer and gulped it down smiling.

"Nay, I personally hadn't lived in Konoha for at least a decade and half now." Odd words, as he certainly could not have been past his late teens. Yet his chakra level could not have belonged to any rookie Jounin. "Of the rebel army, one of my two students, Nara...claims the little princess never came with them in the first place. Presumed dead...back when the part of her clan's compound that housed the head family was lit aflame...from the rebel group fighting tooth and nail with the Master's followers...trying to get as many people out the village for regrouping..."

A slight pause. "Iwa thus would not have had records on the child. Her mother...nearly went mad with grief..." A loud groan. "Ooooh...I failed my student... The least I could do for Yokou, has escaped from my grasp... But how? It doesn't add up...Konoha was locked down by that fire jerk...the child...she could not have known any Jutsu... How, how did she escape?" More groans. "Those rain jerks brainwashed the little princess too and now she doesn't want to come back..."

"Jerks? I think I can tell you who's one!" An irritated voice barked out. Fubuki Shinratsu stood stiffly at the cafe doorway, his usually emotionless face a mask of anger. The Hyouton carrier's arms were crossed and his right foot tapped impatiently. A pale blue eye twitched when he noticed the look of surprise cross the Konoha Sannin's face - Zephyr had apparently forgotten him while immersed with training Satoshi earlier in the day.

Hmmm this could get interesting quickly if it was something that was allowed too. But what a bother that might be. He looked off to the side for a moment and then poured one last saucer. Sipping it back, he grinned a little. "Well you seem to be a little busy as of the moment." Marcus sighed a bit and stood dusting himself off.

"Well now, lets see what we can do bout little girly..."

"See, this is Iwa's famous curry...store..." Zephyr, having begun his statement cheerfully, trailed off as he noticed the manager eying him with wariness. "Uh...." "What a cute kid!" The old geezer came over and petted Zephyr's head, who had somewhat fortunately kept his ridiculous child Henge. Behind the manager, a certain Hyuuga waitress eyed the scenario with a skeptical expression. If one had bothered to look closely enough, giant sweatdrops were running profusely down the back of Zephyr's head as the manager inspected him. Good thing that he had forgotten to remove his henge (which in actuality had become an almost second nature to him...)

"Eh...heh...heh...ohayo...?" Zephyr finally muttered rather nervously as the old manager directed him and his Inuzuka companion to a free table. From Roxanne's...disbelieving look...he'll have some questions to answer...once the old manager goes away...

Kai was close enough to the kid-man to sense the feeling of trepidation and unease that practically exploded from him, and found himself wondering why the manager couldn't do the same. Still, if it meant food he had no complaints. After being with these people for a while, he realised that this person seemed to be the boss. Kai wondered how he would be able to handle following a kid leader and decided instantly that he couldn't. Oh well.

"So...."
he said as his stomach started to grumble. "Any um.. recommendations?"

Meanwhile, Mawagi entered the curry cafe too. She certainly hoped that this restaurant allowed animals, because most didn't and when they'd been travel she and Kai had to eat in those roadside stalls that were practically one with nature. No air-conditioned or even fan-cooled indoor restaurants for them, which was all the better actually since they wasn't actually loaded. Still, she'd only go out if she was kicked out, and so she padded happily to Kai and Zephyr's table. Her calm expression concealed an almost uncontrollable yearning for meat.

"They have great curry chicken wings. Oh! The curry noodle soup is sooooooo yummy too! And the curry chicken - so appetizing~!" Zephyr was acting more like an excited child now rather than a respected Sannin... To those whom knew him well, it...was probably...accustomed to. To those who didn't know him so well and was disturbed...well...tough luck. They'll get used to the odd Henge soon enough...

Or more like didn't really have a choice.

Zephyr was grinning a grin that seemed to stretch from ear to ear.

Roxanne came over, a disturbed look on the Hyuuga waitress's face. "Zephyr...sama...?" She asked cautiously. And winced, at the cheerful 'oh hi, Roxanne-onee-chan!'. She swallowed the urge to bop him on the head so he would return to normal...but then again, with the Sannin...there is no definition for 'normal'.

Besides, it'll be even worse. Her manager will recognize him as the barbarian who came dangerously close to ruining his cafe not once but twice. It took a long moment before a dry attempt at courtesy left her lips: "So...eh...may I take your order...?"

Roxanne silently cursed fate as she was met by another thousand-watt smile. Only to have it ruined by...

"I want my current chicken wings, my curry soup - the soup has to be warm to a good enough degree but not too hot or too cold. Oh! The vegetables better get washed twice too!! And I don't wanna see any hair on my chicken..." The list went on and on.

What was that word again...? Roxanne thought miserably as she attempted to keep track of Zephyr's "many" requests. Martinet. She remembered. Roxanne couldn't help the scowl that overtook her face. This guy was a frigging slavedriver!

And he could still say those things with that smile!

Yes, this guy was definitely the leader. He seemed pretty important too... wait, this waitress was a Hyuuga?! Now that was new! Kai had previously thought them to be a stuffy old clan, all traditional and stuff. Roxanne-onii-chan.... he snickered good-naturedly before waiting for Zephyr to finish.

Quite a while later Kai finally got a chance to place his order. "Um.... curry chicken rice, please," he said with a smile to Roxanne, "and my dog wants meat. Well, just meat, no curry. Is that okay? As for drinks.... I want sake. You?" he turned to Zephyr.

Roxanne nodded. "That'll be fine - ..." But was interrupted by Zephyr's barrage of drink orders.

"Yeah, my drinks woman!" Zephyr seemed...immune to the curious stares of all the present customers within the cafe. One muttered something that sounded distantly like 'children these days...' but that was nothing compared to Zephyr's next demand, as he lightly slapped the table a few times. "I want three jugs of chilled sake! Four bottles of red wine! Six shots of champagne. Wait, no - make that eight!!" At the 'chilled sake', the watching customers' eyes went wide. At the 'red wine', their jaws dropped. At the 'champagne', some were rubbing their eyes in disbelief.

And the fact that he wanted eight... The manager couldn't help but exclaim 'that's illegal!' Now, the customers watched as the manager marched up to Zephyr and Kai's table.

"Underage people, young man, should not indulge in alcohol!" The manager than began on a long, long lecture as Roxanne sighed...shaking her head lightly from side to side.

Zephyr endured five minutes of lecture just fine...but when it hit six...a vein pulsed dangerously at his temple. He scowled. "What'd you mean UNDERAGE? I'm thirty-five!" As if to emphasize his point, Zephyr pointed to himself, lightly stabbing himself in the chest with his right index finger.

At 'thirty-five', a chorus of customers exclaimed 'impossible!'.

"Zephyr-sama..." Roxanne began weakly, trying to remind him of his Henge. Though it seems that he realized on his own, as he went back to his normal form with a loud 'poof'. "DO I LOOK LIKE A KID TO YOU?! I, the great - ..." Seems like Zephyr has settled back to his usual introductory speech.

Thankfully, the manager didn't seem to immediately recognize him and instead scowled in return: "Young man, how dare you try to deceive your elders with that Henge. Remove it at once! You still look too young anyways! And you, Roxanne - make sure he gets no alcohol. Jeez, kids these days..."

Flustered, Zephyr had poofed back to his kid form and shook small fists at the manager. "NOOOOOOOOOOOO! My SAKE! My WINE! My CHAMPAGNNNNE!!"

Roxanne had to nod mutely to her manager's request before stalking off to the kitchens...trying her best to...ignore the disturbing wails trumpeted by Konoha's head Sannin that all the while more persistently followed her...

Ts ts te-ts ts ts te-ts bumba! Banunnanuuna Buna Bah!

The stealth appropriate tune playing in his head as Rush sleuthed into the restaurant. after simply barging in to every building along the way hoping Kai would be here, some of these buildings not alright with men entering, Rush decided to take the sneakier approached so as not to get screamed at by a bunch of dressing girls. This place looked more like a restaurant, so Rush'd probably be safe. He looked across the room, trying not to get distracted by the am-A-zing smell of curry floating throughout. On his belly looking at the feet of every customer, he spotted four feet that could only be that of a dog. Mawagi! He dashed to them, popping up from enjoyment of the little self proclaimed game of hide and seek. One might argue Rush was well too old for this, but he didn't care all too much.
Kai! I finally found you. So what are we doing here exactally?"

Rush Thorres

Kai smirked at the proceedings. "Oh yeah, you're underage, Leader-sama.... sorry," he said with a wicked grin. Actually it was more of a 'this is priceless I can't believe this' grin than a 'I gonna burn yoo alive' grin but yeah. "Besides, don't you think you gave that lady enough work already? You gotta be a good customer and you'll get good food!" Mawagi started to yip in agreement but stopped halfway through. That scent...

Kai had caught it too, and turned around. His eyes popped. "OH! Rush! What?! Wait.... Huh? Wait..." he scrutinised Rush closely to make sure that it was really Rush. "Umm..." Kai said lamely upon confirmation. "Didn't I leave you guys back in Ame? Don't tell me Kova and Saku are nearby, too... well, if you're here already..."

Kai looked around and saw an empty chair, nodding at the extremely nice people there who let him have it he moved it to their table and gestured at Rush to sit.

"Yeah... order some food... it's on this guy..." Kai said with a grin, pointing at Zephyr. "He's the leader... of the resistance army... So yeah, like... Zephyr, this is Rush Thorres, my student. He was from Konoha before as well."
