Link sleepily glanced up at the sound of something landing heavily in the dumpster. He arched an eyebrow at the sight of a Rapora walking back to a nearby bay and shrugged.
"Must be more common than previously thought." He said to himself. He yawned and flipped his cloak back up to resume sleeping.

Rear Admiral Borill Elsyn paced the briefing room, "We've had no contact with the Mandalorians that had offered their assistance, we can only assume that their forces are unavailable or are no longer loyal to the Imperial Fleet. Therefore we'll have to make do with what we've got."

Borill smiled, "You may already know our objective, the world of Junction on the Hydian Way. It's lightly defended with only two Canderous class ships, a number of patrol craft, and three golan-two orbital platforms. Apparently the orbital platforms are a leftover from the bad old days."

"Allright, this is what we'll do... I want all ships not assigned to close escort of the Hektor's Shield to disable their hyperdrive safety cutouts and to begin making navigation calculations for the combat jump. Precision is critical for this. It will be quite a gamble people, you'll have to move quickly."

Borill glanced at his second of command, "Commodore Kull has voiced some reservations about the plan... If you'd like to share them with your fellow officers."

"Yes Admiral, I'd like to remind you sir that the slightest miscalculation in the jump could result in the loss of a vessel. If you overshoot the drop out point you're ship will be destroyed by the gravity well of the planet, or it'll plow into the surface. If we drop out too early the risks aren't as bad, but they'll be signifcant, you'll be within range of the enemy orbital defenses, and will certainly come under attack by the those Canderous-class ships in orbit."

(The so called patrol craft you mention are two ISDs, four Kedalbes, and support ships including patrol boats and fighter squadrons, other than the two Canderouses you mention.

While we're at it, mind answering my earlier post with my Witch?)

A datacube came flying towards the back of Angel's head. Without turning around to face it, she swung an arm back and caught it, bringing it around to read it. " So, you got him and these other 2 were with him, huh? " she asked, as the Mandalorian sat down next to her. " Yeah. I went ahead and put the reward with the rest of our funds... " He stopped suddenly, then added quietly, " Someone's watching. " " You noticed that too? " A few seconds later, they got up and started heading off. As expected, whoever was observing them followed after. Their stalker lost sight of them after a few quick turns and started to look around for his targets. An arm shot out from an alley and pulled him into it. " What the Hell do you want with us? " The otherwise normal-looking man was unresponsive for a moment. " I won't ask again. " " THEY'RE OVER HERE! " he yelled, just before the Mandalorian replied with a slam to the back of his head to knock him out. " Dammit, we better get moving. " The duo began making a hasty dash through the few alleys and other backways around them, managing to avoid a large mob of vengeful criminal types who are apparently friends of the few they nabbed in the area. They managed to lose them entirely when they snuck around the rest of the way to the docked transport. They took off and returned to the Heaven's Fury. " I guess we've worn out our welcome. Helm, get us away from here. I don't care where to. "

Ferno traversed from rooftop to rooftop, disgusted at the slobs which ran amok throughout the streets drunk off their asses, only to collapse halfway home, some to their freighters, others to actual homes, others to even other accomidations.

One particular alleyway drew attention. It was small, but so far tonight, nothing else had really turned up. His senses on full, the Sith drew closer. Oh, the presence, the smell, the taste watered in his mouth. Like a sweet bit of nectar, no longer did Ferno have to waste more time. Soft as a feather, the ghost floated down, letting the robes just drape an inch above the dirt.

He knew it in an instant. No doubt about it. Trying to stay low, yet only 30 metres away, he could see every detail. Ferno quietly admitted the ploy was quite a feat. He even admired the inginuity, but the force sight picked up on it, like a homing beacon.

Signalling his ship, he made the crew prepare for liftoff, knowing this would take no more than a moment, as he floated towards the entrance to the alleyway and stopped.

Something stank.
And it wasnt the dumbster.
Something reeked with the Dark side, an almost tangible odor of hatred, death, and cruelty.
And it was close.
Link slowly looked up and noted the shadow that stood at the mouth of the alley.
"Again we cross paths." Link said as he pulled himself too his feet with the gaffi stick. "This one thought he sensed your presence on planet."
He stood in the center of the alley, the gaffi hanging loosely in his grasp.
"So then. Shall we proceed?"

"Let's get going then," Iust tells Iria, turning and embracing his unlce he says "I don't know the next time I will be able to contact you, but until then may the Force be with you, Uncle."

"May the Force be with you as well, Iust" Sunum says with tears in his eyes. "Now go, get out of here, before I have to call the authorities on you for tresspassing," he says with a laugh as he lets Iust go.

"Everything has been packed on the bike, so lets get a move on," Iust tells Iria as he mounts the speeder bike. "Hold on tight," he tells her before they speed off into the distance.

"Take care you two," Sunum whispers to himself befote heading back into the house.

A few hours later they arrive back at Paradise City. Stashing his bike back at his secret hanger, Iust picks up his pack of gear and turns to Iria, "Now lets go find us a ship."

Iria gingerly picked up the good sized crate that housed her own armor. "Yes. Let us find something."

As they walked along Paradise City, she then asked, "Are there reputable people you can trust here?"

"Reputable? No. People I can trust? No. But there is a dealer around here who won't ask questions, which is what we are looking for right now." Iust replied as they walk down the street. Turning down a street they come to a large hangar that looks to be in a good state of disrepair. Coming from the building to great Iust and Iria as they approach is a man with rat like features and greasy hair.

"Hello good sir and kind lady, what can poor Ozrich do for you to day?" the man asks, rubbing his hands together in anticipation.

"We are interested in a ship," Iust replies.

"Ships! We have many fine ships on display in the hangar if you will just follow me." Ozrich says with a toothy grin. Turning around he leads them to the hangar.

"Works for me," Iria sheepishly laughed as Iust answered her question.
With that, she followed him into the hangar.

(( what sort o' ships do we see? ))

The ghost did not make a move, nor did he reach for a weapon. A gaffi stick just wouldn't be worth the time. And his plans could not allow for his jedi's death. He was needed in time, when the plans within plans sprouted out with their fullest intent.

Tossing a small holoprojector over to the jedi, the sith turned, and floated off. As much as he desired a fight, now was not the time. He could sense that his opponent was far from ready.

The ship cleared orbit in no time, heading for a stealthy orbit around sullust.

Link snatched the holoprojector out of the air and hefted his weapon as the specter of evil floated away.
There was a moment of puzzlement for Link.
Curious he glanced at the holoprojector and activated it.
He stared at the image as it displayed.
Then he deactivated it, tossing the device in the dumbster behind him as an expression of dread settled on his face.
There was no time to loose.
He had to leave Tatooine as soon as possible.
The young jedi bolted back down the alley to redouble his efforts to find a ship off planet.
